Terrible service. We had no towels and they allowed a massive party to occur, lasting past midnight. The entire hotel was kept up.

The room was in poor condition and not worth the price. The shower was leaking, and the water pressure was very low.”

Had to ring x 2 to get staff assistance. Place is old and badly designed and needing repairs. Parking was a pain.

The place look like it hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. The air-conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work. The bedsides were extremely dirty and covered in dust. The blinds and curtains to the place were in a very poor condition. The milk provided for the tea and coffee was frozen. The people Next Door were having a major domestic at about 11 o’clock at night which was entertaining.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Our apartment was huge, with views of the water from 2-sides; and the beds were very comfortable but the lounge furniture was old and dated; the walls were scratched and chipped with door handles having been put through the walls in most rooms. Although we loved having so much space to ourselves, and a choice of big city-type businesses to go to, the road was incredibly busy - it was difficult to get into and out of the apartment car park, and we didn’t enjoy being woken up at 6am by the heavy traffic. Not a problem if you’re a worker - but we were on holidays. So, it’s a great place for workers but I’d suggest holiday-makers look somewhere quieter in the area instead - maybe Budgewoi, Norah Head?

This is in no way a resort. The pool was not clean, nor the spa. There were no pool towels to use. There was only one fork in the kitchen making dining difficult. We had no view and the room smelt musty. There were old vegetables in the freezer and to top it all off there is a sign stating that if you dont remove your own rubbish and wash up there would be an additional $100 charge. We would never stay there again .

Facilities were dirty, electrical wires hanging from the wall, everything just holding together or broken. Facilities were not as advertised. Only seen the staff member once on arrival where it seemed like we were inconveniencing him by turning up to check in. Had to park on the street as no parks left for our car. Advertised spa, sauna. Not working when we were there. Overall would absolutely not recommend one bit.

The property needs a good makeover

Very old and unpleasant rooms. Could not utilise the property as booked.

Was good affordability accom. It was a windy night and being up on the top floor was very loud and we found it hard to sleep.

It’s a place to sleep. There was a domestic incident around 10PM and there was no staff around to call police. Another guest had to call the police and we were all barricaded in our rooms. Would I come back? No

This motel was clean, only shampoo was available You are also required to wash up all dishes and take rubbish downstairs to the outside bins or you could incur a $100 fee I feel like if I was staying multiple nights this would be ok, however only staying for one night I feel this isn’t reasonable However the bed was very comfortable

Excellent location, no one thereto check in, cleaner did it!

Lake view is excellent. Waterfront area ,bbq,would be great during warm seasons.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel room during our stay. When I accidentally dropped my son's dummy and moved the bed to retrieve it, I was shocked to find how filthy it was underneath. It looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in years—thick dust and dirt had clearly built up over a long period. To make matters worse, the room had a strong musty smell that made it uncomfortable to be in. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of hygiene. This experience has definitely made me reconsider staying here again.

Property very well priced, good location, clean neat and tidy.

Beautiful view of the lake if it had not been raining. 4th bedroom did not have twin beds as advertised. Minimal cooking facilities. Lots of maintenance needed - we repaired blinds, light switch and gas burner on stove. Several dining chairs damaged - very awkward when there were 7 guests. No plug for sink to do washing up and no cloth. Could be fantastic but did not live up to expectations.
