The rooms were cleaned and restocked each day which I was pleasantly surprised me.
Whilst the rooms are a little worn in places which reflects in the price you pay the stay had everything I required.
Excellent public transport close by, nice comfortable bed, good shower, the pub has decent food available and the staff I liaised with were helpful and friendly.

The staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The receptionist was super nice. The room was good enough for one night, but the floor was broken and creaked when I walked on it. Apparently, the next room was the same because I woke up several times hearing the neighbor walking.
