Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv keine 4 Sterne Qualität (zumindest nach deutschem Stabdard)
Es liegt direkt neben einem Club, weshalb bei Feiern abends die Lautstärke durchaus nicht unbeträchtlich ist.

Everything was wonderful. Room was great. Beds comfy. Staff was fabulous. My only problem was tiny things. We had 4 adults in the room. Went to make cuppas in the morning and only 2 cups. Not enough towels for us all

We were really looking forward to a quiet night away. The staff did their best to help but there were several issues they were unable to resolve and so we had to buy all our water from the vending machine downstairs
overnight, and due to staff activities we were not able to enjoy a quiet breakfast which carried an additional charge. Overall we were disappointed as we felt our stay was hampered by additional costs and challenges despite the hard working staff

We enjoyed our overstay and will be back again! Loved to spa bath.. only one tiny negative thing I could say is - wish had more shampoo and conditioner for my long hair!. Excellent breakfast buffet deal if you do pay advance, we felt like we are on holiday!
