Second time I have stayed at Macquarie 4 star. Love how quiet it is. Easy to check in, great staff and access to club. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Always enjoy staying there it’s clean, family friendly, close to sports field, don’t have to travel far for breakfast and dinner.

Adequate for my needs

I’ve stayed there before so my expectations were met once again.

Generous sized rooms, especially for families. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking space.

Plenty of easy outdoor parking. Relatively level ground. Big room. Big shower, more than enough hot water. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Easy access to the club.

Great staff, huge room, huge bath with double sinks, double shower heads, deep jetted tub. Also two desks, a bistro table with 2 chairs as ell as desk chairs and a view of the river. Would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable king bed to top it off.

Lady at Reception was nice and helpful. I booked the "Gold Spa Room" which was quite basic, not enough toiletries the waterviews are not the Bay, but a narrow river which the train tracks ran alongside, normal trains and very loud fright trains running day and night. I felt a bit misled. I thought I was booking a place in Warners Bay as that is the search I did, others on same page were at Warners Bay and the the water views are of the Bay. Macquarie 4 Star is not, it is a Hotel with adjoining rooms. Feels like your in the middle of nowhere.

Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv keine 4 Sterne Qualität (zumindest nach deutschem Stabdard) Es liegt direkt neben einem Club, weshalb bei Feiern abends die Lautstärke durchaus nicht unbeträchtlich ist.

Everything was wonderful. Room was great. Beds comfy. Staff was fabulous. My only problem was tiny things. We had 4 adults in the room. Went to make cuppas in the morning and only 2 cups. Not enough towels for us all

Our stay was exactly how we pictured it. From the first hello to the final goodbye, the staff, the facilities and the whole vibe did not disappoint. Highly recommended accomodation in Newcastle. Thank you for everything.
