明明request左non smoking room, 入住時發現房間地下有煙頭。

The room was big and clean and the service was excellent. We booked the rooms including the breakfast, which was good. It allows you to select any breakfast on the menu with the mini-buffet selection which offers many other options such as cereal, bread, drinks, etc. However, a disappointment is that we were not reminded that the coffee was not included with our breakfast, meaning we need to pay extra. We thought their staff has a responsibility to remind us on it. Otherwise, our stay was excellent in here.

Very nice studio apartment. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. Location is very good also. Few minutes to the supermarket.

酒店整体来说不错，位置挺好在city内，距离景区10分钟车程， 很方便，酒店挺大的，设施也不错，唯一不知的就是酒店居然没有免费wifi, 想用酒店的免费wifi还需要上网注册做酒店会员，折腾了一会注册成功了还是连接不到酒店的wifi， 这有点小失望的

淨潔，舒適，但位置在山頂，回酒店如果沒有車就比較行得辛苦，而且晚上街燈暗，會較不方便，廁所很大

This hotel not in the CBD, not much facilites around. But very new, tidy and clean. Nice staff, comfort stay!

Nice hotel but kitchen too small price is quite

If you choose for a Morden and stylish one in Launceston, Charles will be your best choice. We stay in a studio, room size are quite good with unexpected comfortable bedding, worst thing is NO free wifi plus water and if someone need bath tub that will not satisfy about the room and should go for the suite. If you rent a car in Tasmania, they have free parking. All round is not bad with reasonable price.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, had breakfast and our 35th wedding anniversary dinner in the restaurant, all was excellent. good location close to everything.
