The staff are very nice and helpful. They help us a lot.

very good in terms of location and price. Fir further improvement, it would be advisable to have shower curtain to avoid water splitting out all over the bathroom

Next to Chatswood train station. Walk to the station within 3mins. Nice room and nice staff. Actually, bedroom's sound insulation is not good. Train's running voice is very clear. Room service is good.

the location of Hotel mantra is excellent. It is near shops and railway station.

It was generally a relaxed stay. Room was spacey. I was little bit surprised when small water bottles were not complimentary. This is not a big problem though, as hotel is located very close to railway station and a very big shopping mall. In other words, this means it's easily accessible and very convenient for shopping. If i have to mention a negative point, then it would be the stability of Wifi services. Connection could drop at times. It happened to all 3 devices i connected.

接近Chatswood 中心，購物非常方便

超出期望，無想過Apartment 都有每天清理房間的服務。房間舒適，地點方便，步行約5分鐘已到達Chatswood 火車站。職員有禮親切，主動安排遲退房，讓家人容易照顧小朋友。

除了開頭給了不適合的房間， 後來都改正了， 有些員工態度很直以外， 大致上都得到所需要和舒適環境， 十分滿意

This is my first time staying at this property. It is in the centre of the city. As the property is an apartment, we may make our breakfast with the kitchen provided. There are a few supermarket nearby and we can buy our food.

No shower curtain in the bathroom and u will make half bathroom wet. Normally, the housekeeper does not vaccum the floor every day. The hotel manager said guest needs to make a request to do it. The location of this hotel is prefect as you only need 3 minutes walk from hotel to Chatswood train station.

The Manta is generally a very convenient place to stay as it is right next to the Chatswood interchange and train stations. However, the hotel itself is a bit old. The shower is not strong enough and the bed is a bit too soft for me. Would recommend if only looking for convenience.
