Rooms should be cleaned on daily basis.

Unfortunately our bathroom drain had a horrible smell, and the toilet roll was left empty on the holder? The air-conditioning control panel didn't work so we were unable to adjust the temperature. It was just a bed to sleep in for us, so not a huge deal, however it was a bit disappointing for a Mantra. The check in was excellent, very seamless and kind, welcoming staff. Also, the lift doors shut super quick, which was strange!

The Hotel is in an excellent location. Very close to transport and shops. The hotel staff is helpful and polite. Internet connection was good. Parking for $25/day was a good deal. Unfortunately, the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in for 5 nights was very neglected and dirty. We complained about it shortly after we arrived and while we were out a housekeeper visited our apartment but failed to fix the problems. The blanket on the bed was thorned, the windows were all dirty, including the frames, with some mold growing on the glass. The shelves of the kitchen cabinets were disgustingly soiled, the pendant lights above the benchtop were very dusty, garments from a previous guest were left in the dryer and one of the frying pans had burnt on food residue. These were the bigger problems. The safe in the room was disengaged, therefore unusable (they are disengaged in all rooms) carpet needed vacuuming. The condition of the apartment was far from 4 stars. It would not pass even at a cheap backpacker hostel.

The hotel was so close to transport and fantastic places to eat

The bed was so comfy, I slept wonderfully. The staff were so lovely, the rooms comfortable and spacious. The unexpected Easter basket was a sweet bonus

The room did not have a kitchen. It had a microwave and sink. It did not have a washing machine machine which we assumed it would have.

AC not working for the entire stay TV not connected Microwave was dirty no tissues available in the room will not use Mantra again - has gone down in standards from a few years ago

Kitchen area not well equipped. Noisy due to train traffic.

Location close to Metro station.

Exactly what I needed for a one night stay - nothing over the top, nothing below average. It was just right.

This property is fantastic for convenience. Public transport, shopping nearby is excellent. Food options are great and staff were very friendly. Only thing I could comment on what was there was a bin in the car park that was overflowing for our four day stay and was never emptied.

Mantra is very close to public transport and very central to shopping precinct in chatswood. Room was very comfortable and presented very clean

Great location, friendly staff but no daily cleaning if room. Towels in the room you have to use for pool, so an accumulation of wet towels in your room. The one and only bin over flowing, as they don’t do daily clean. Don’t need beds made, just take towels and trash. Mentioned to receptionist and they booked the cleaner for next day, no one showed up. Toilet constantly refilling, there is a problem with plumbing!

Beautiful apartment, close to everything. Lovely staff. Well appointed gym and pool with spa. Excellent 👍

Good price for what you get. No hassles, will be staying again

It would be better if there was fox or movies for young ones, especially when weather is bad.
