The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. A bit disappointed with the furniture on the balcony, I understand that it is exposed to the environment but it still can be kept clean.

This hotel located in the main street, really close to surfers paradise beach and only 100 meters from the MRT station. There 's a small convenience store right beside the hotel that (I think) opens 24 hours. Very good location. There 's a beach club right beside the hotel, but when we're there, the beach club is not operating so the sound doesn't bother us. The room is exactly like the picture, clean and spacious, and they make up our room and change the towel every day. The receptionist opens 24 hours, the staffs are quite polite and helpful. Really really good 😊.

Air conditioner stops at 12am and resume 15minutes later. Long queue on check-in and not friendly.

Room is not so clean and the staff is not so friendly as well. We'd like to change our room to a cleaner one though.

The hotel made it very difficult to make a simple late check in date change even though I did not require a refund. I simply wanted to change it to check in 1 day later and it was a painful experience with customer service.

The security personnel wasn’t friendly when we asked him to order us a taxi. Not a big deal, but it’s annoying.

Arrived early off an international flight and had to wait 5 hrs till the had my room available.

The room was nice and staffs are really helpful. We check in at 10 am and told our room not ready. However since we are really tired after long flight, the staffs gladly help us to switch room which was ready. And with the same type. Everything is close by to travel by foot. We had great stay and would come back again for our next visit.
