Mantra on View Surfers Paradise

Hotel is dated and not maintained well enough. No pool. Only cold unheated jacuzzis. Room had dirty lounge and rug. Lots of Asians staying there. Probably owned by Chinese now cos it's mo longer 4.5 star. Only 1.5 rating.

It was clean.

I liked the view.i didn't like the lack of comforting furniture

Hotel is very dated, however the room was clean. Thin sheet and blanket on the bed would have been nice for a thicker blanket and better pillows. Location is perfect close to beach, Cavill Ave and the light rail.

Nice clean rooms. Was kind of weird that there were no duvets on the beds

room had faulty door seal which rattled with the wind, poor seal caused whistling noise.when we asked to change rooms so we could sleep the reply at first was poor and when the manager come out it was fixed very quickly but needs to not use the terms your only here for one night.

Whilst the property is a bit dated and the lobby was huge but seemed a bit of a waste space. The room was very clean and spacious. Better minibar would have been appreciates as due to rain we could not find a coffee outlet close to the hotel and only had tea and Maxwell House (ugh) coffee in room, plus 4 milks. Snacky food and other drinks would have been appreciated. We would use the hotel again though as for the price, it is extremely handy to most amenities including the water front and restaurants.

The shower over the bath soaked the bathroom floor every time

Great views over Surfers. It is a little tired looking. Balcony was tiny although could sit out there still. Customer service was excellent. Rooms had good blinds to block out sun in morning. Not sound proof but wasnt too noisy.

The stay overall was Good. Great Location, and King Ocean View provided with a great view of Surfers Paradise beach as well as the city. Rooms were pretty old and needs renovation. Balcony is conjusted plus

Happy with the cleanliness

Absolutely terrible hygiene and cleanliness, not as advertised. Appalling , even traces of black mould. Bathroom amenities taped together and shower broken staff very unhelpful
