Mantra on View Surfers Paradise

I wish I knew about laundry services it might have been how I read it.

Booked last minute ended up on the 9th floor not too bad! Staff were very lovely and accommodating. The room was good, the shower head was coming off so I have to rescrew it back on, and no PowerPoints near the beds :(

Not flash but ok. Clean and tidy.

Not a bad location and good price but room smelled of cigarettes and had a damp, mould-like smell. Furniture was quite worn too. The whole hotel just needs some serious TLC. The balcony railings also felt super low and dangerous for the floor we were on which was terrifying with our toddler. Definitely a safety hazard! I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a long stay but for a one-night stay it would be ok.

Loved the location, close enough to get to everything easily but at the quieter end of the strip. Room was great, well maintained property. Will definately be staying again.

Check on process was easy and quick. Room was clean. Staff were helpful with our queries. Walking distance to the beach and selection of cafes and restaurants

Not staying there again as paid and then wotif changed dates,and I couldn't stay as surgery and no refunds and cashless and the room key had to get from corner food store and not allowed to use the gym,not good

We booked in for one night, staff were amazing , place was good, but maybe a little dusty because my son’s allergies fleared up really bad. His eye was blood shot red and itchy But also the next morning we woke up to dripping and I thought my son didn’t turn the shower off. But it was the place above us dripping water into the bath. Which I found gross. And I still had to have a shower and wash my hair 😭 , when I told them they did say they would move our room. But we were checking out that day anyway. But I would probably stay here again.

Check in took forever Carpet in room had a hole in it covered up by masking tape Beds worn out Door into room was not unlocking Shower only just. Outside noise shocking and you could hear people talking in the corridor Hotel was cheaper than others and I now know why!!

Everything was good , except the car park . The car park limited high is 1.9 M , our car couldn't get in and had to park cross the road in the public car park which is fine, but just little bit inconvenient.

It was a nice stay, the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is our 2nd visit to this great hotel. Centrally located to everything, great friendly staff, comfortable beds and extremely affordable. We will be back again and again

Great location and just some minutes to the beach, big room and nice from view from balcony. Nice hotel!

The not so good: Very dated. Mattresses too soft. Wardrobes and cabinetry was old, broken and water damaged. No emergency exit info on the back of the door. The room smelt like stale smoke. Balconies quite close together so didn't feel safe leaving sliding door open overnight. The Good: Staff were lovely and friendly. About few minutes walk to Main Beach and walking distance to Surfers Paradise. You can open the sliding door and allow fresh air from outside into the room. Bathroom and shower facilities were good.

Stayed a few times . Rooms are in not very good shape . Stained carpets , Bed light fittings hanging loose on wall , Damaged wall inside robe , etc . Just like last visit . Staff were all good , just the rooms need re -doing

Perfect stay for two days - central location, Greta breakfast buffet and clean rooms
