此飯店地理位置非常方便搭車到各處遊玩，且房間安靜，但是住宿三天裡面有兩天電梯故障，必須一直上下爬六樓，非常不方便，要求換低樓層房間卻沒有可以更換，所以非常困擾

Extremely convenient for public transport, entertainment, shopping and eating options.
Comfortable and simple accom showing the usual wear and rear for a less expensive property.
Stayed on an upper floor so train rumble reported by others was not an issue at all.
A good night's sleep !!

Happy to have been given an upgrade, after my last visit. Good to have a chemist across the road, a Cole’s supermarket next door to that, a club nearby. Short walk to George Street Trams.
Only disappointment was the shower, there was only a shower curtain and a small lip before water was all over the floor. Needed to lay a spare towel on the floor.

Room was looking a bit dated. Was booked in for a King room, then booked another 2 nights in a King Deluxe. When I arrived, I questioned at reception, about leaving my bags in the morning, as I had made another booking for the Deluxe room, I was told that I had already been upgraded. Very poor upgrade to a Deluxe room, and they needed to redo my room key, for the extra nights. Didn’t want to argue with them.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The bed and bathroom were clean. The walls were banged up and there was months of dirt on the baseboards and where the carpet met the walls. The hotel is not as secure as it should be, as the elevator is on the ground floor and anyone can go to any floor and bypass the lobby.
