对我们来说位置绝佳。酒店坐落在一条安静的街道上，但距离维多利亚女王市场和市中心只有几步之遥。前台工作人员非常棒。我们早上9点就到了，并获准办理入住。经历了长途飞行后，这真是太贴心了。

Love the room itself, the bed is super comfy and the room is clean and there is kitchen, washroom with good space, hot water and pressure is awesome. Staff is nice also.
Location wise is almost perfect which is across QV market, and by free tram you can reach some nice restaurants as well. Only thing is there is no complimentary water and you need to boil for yourself. And you gotta bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Sometime neighbor may cook and cause some smell. But still 100% highly recommend for me.

It’s just next to tram station n Victoria market u can wake up to eat sth in Market or have their morning buffet with 9$( discounted price). And the there’s a IBIS hotel nearby which is a pickup point for all kinds of days tours that u can name. You can just not like staying in this hotel.

第二天，紧急警报响了。所有客人都从紧急楼梯下来。我和我78岁的母亲一起入住。值班人员只解释说，有人按了紧急按钮，他们会查看闭路电视。客人的安全保障在哪里？
尽管地理位置优越，但我不建议住在这里，最好预订同一地区其他条件更好的酒店。

This amazing price in the center of Melbourne, everyone knew that Mercure always clean. The most important thing is we don't need too much effort for eat. All around the hotel are nice restaurants. Highly recommended!

Ada dapur buat masak, laundry cuma 7 dollar buat cuci+kering dan ada di tiap lantai. Lantai karpet, AC oke, staff oke. Ada 100$ deposit pakai kartu kredit dan paspor di foto dari awal. Kebersihan agak kurang karena masih ada kotoran di karpet dan telepon kamar debuan selama 1 minggu. Tempat oke, dekat Queen Victoria Market, tempat makan dan beli-beli barang murah di sana. Exhaust fan di kamar mandi nyala 24 jam meskipun listrik mati dan agak kotor. Lift jadul suka bunyi-bunyi

Scary, small lobby, dark hallways, bankrupt restaurant on the 9th floor, but overall it's worth the price and they actually clean the room and great location. Got it for $120 a night.

Room, bed, and towels are very clean. We were able to check in before time hence free us from luggages when leaving for lunch. The hotel is strategically located near Queen Victoria Market, Tram routes, other interesting places to visit, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fast process for Check in and check out.
