Room was clean and pleasant. Staff were excellent even went out of their way to help me try and open my car boot as I had a hire car and I couldn’t get it open. The food in the cafe was also very good.

Great location, lots of free parking, lucky to get a free upgrade to a room with an amazing view. Great size room and balcony. Hotel is older style but clean and pleasant. Dinner was nice. Great value overall.

We checked-in late at 9pm on New Year Eve. The staff was nice and friendly, yet he can’t retrieve my room booking details which I have placed order and fully paid in mid November. He explained clearly that Hotels.com booked my room through other agencies so the data was failed to drop into the hotel system.
Lucky that we got into the last hotel room, yet nightmare came as this is the first time I met a big cockroach on the floor as I got into a hotel room. This is the most memorable hotel stay that I have in 2023.

Kackerlackor fanns i badrummet där det dessutom fanns stora hål i väggarna där dom kröp in och ut. Duschmunstycket satt löst och sprutade vatten åt alla håll.
Blandaren till handfatet satt löst. Slitet och inte så fräscht som bilderna visade.
