房間地方很大很舒適，廳、露台對著鄰近的海灘，清晰聽到海浪聲音及景色怡人。 另外如能提供免費簡單清潔服務就更好，如更換浴室毛巾，整理床鋪及清理垃圾等。 渡假酒店大堂的接代處不會理會你的，有問題要到較遠的辦事處找人，真的有點不方便，整體來說不錯的。

Apartment位處市中心，購物交通很方便。房間雖不是面對沙灘前排，但還可看大片海景，景緻不錯。 稱讚的是事前電郵資料很充份，主動提醒和交帶那裏check in, 和辨工時間後怎樣取鎖匙，叫人放心。 不足之處是廚房設備等沒有簡單指示說明，廁所只備一卷厠紙有些小家。 總結:想有一間在市中心的，也想有海景的房間，價錢合理的，是不錯選擇。

我們住的房型位於海灘正前面（真正的海灘前面，無阻擋），我們是家族旅行住七個人，三間房剛剛好，無限海景，晚上把創門打我們是家族旅行住七個人，三間房剛剛好，無限海景，晚上把陽台窗門打開，聽著海浪睡覺，人生還有什麼所求？ 地點位於市中心，根本不需要開車，就可以走到附近商鋪/海灘，旅館離很多景點/商場都很近，渡假村雖然不是最新的，但非常舒適，加上有廚房大客廳跟洗衣機，就像家裡要舒服。 如果你有家族旅行，或跟朋友一起出去玩，這個價錢應該找不到第二個了。

Hard to know what to say about this stay - we stayed in the 2 bed room as a family of 4. First impressions of the room itself were great - it looked modern, clean and really functional. However we found numerous small issues during the stay (bedroom 2 door did not close properly for example). None of them were a massive issue but spoke to a property in need of better maintenance - it was summed up by the fact that there were 2 clocks in the apartment both of which had stopped as the batteries were dead. It was also mousy at times with the nearby building site starting work at 6.30 each day and noise from the road outside audible in the room (probably because two of the windows didn’t shut properly) It was also a surprise to see an instruction that the cleaners didn’t clean the kitchen and so we had to leave the kitchen “sparkling for the next guest”. Not quite the holiday vibe we were looking for ! That said all of these things were small irritations rather than major issues - we enjoyed our stay and if you’re looking for something in Surfers then this is still a decent choice

Great location, big spacious units. The furniture and mattresses could definitely be upgraded.

Excellent location, right near the beach, shops & restaurants. For 5 adults & 2 children the amenities within the apartment covered all bases. We would definitely stay there again. Key pickup is not at the property & is about a 10 minute walk. Parking at the property is for 1 vehicle only, but there is covered parking nearby.

In my 20 years of travel, I’ve never written a negative review. I just take the good with the bad and move on. However, I feel compelled to advise anyone considering this property to move on. In good news, it is well located, spacious and does look mostly as pictured. But that is where the good news ends. I won’t go into every negative detail but I will share two things you must know: 1) The unit is not affiliated with Breakfree who is the primary property manager so no front desk service will be extended to you. 2) The after hours check in process is a joke. Long story short I arrived at 9pm and ended up having to pay for a nights stay at the hotel next door because I did not receive a pin to the lock box which is a 10 min walk away from the property. After requesting reimbursement several times, the owners simply ignored my emails for the duration of my stay though I put in a maintenance request for someone to close the windows as they were rusted open and cockroaches were coming in. Suffice it to say, the place is far from luxury. AVOID!

Great location. But very dated with many things broken e.g tiles,kitchen cupboards etc.

The accommodation was really nice. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Loved the stay.

The price we paid an the beds were terrible. The cleaning standards where not that good either as we were given one bag for rubbish.

We had an amazing stay, I stayed with my family and we loved it, the view was great, the pools was really nice and it was close to everything

Excellent property ! Some small cosmetic improvements would be good! eg. little paintwork here and there, fix main bathroom glass door, cover plates on some powerpoints, light above heater unit in living room ! None of these would stop us staying in room 269 again though ! Very good place for a holiday !!

It was great. Firstly the price was fantastic, about half the cost of equivalent hotels in surfers paradise. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Communication from HRSP was good, everything was seamless. We will definitely book with HRSP again.

Apartment was quiet and had great views to the hills and the beach, close to the heart of surfers.
