Super Unterkunft 👍würde ich wieder wählen. Frühstückt könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein zb jeden Tag rote Bohnen . Aber alles in allem passt auch das Frühstück das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

The hallways were dangerous dlippery when it was raining. And the luggage trolley non exsistant sfter we had asked for it 5 times and not much help in finding it.does this hotel have a trolley or need mire than one

Second time I’ve stayed here. Had two separate bookings as travel plans changed and reception we’re able to ensure I could keep my room and avoid checking out and rechecking in - really appreciated.

Clean tidy and spacious.

Easy check in, the room is good. Nice bed and clean space. Breakfast was over cooked as we purchased the hot range. Would stay again.

Nice stay

Pool was out of order few days after cyclone. Would have booked elsewhere had we known. Queen bed was 2 uncomfortable single beds pushed together. Ocean view was fantastic. Continental breakfast was average.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The bed was like a rock and needed to have an extra padding put on to make it remotely sleepable. I had more and better sleep on the couch. The shower was impossible to get in to as the door would not open far enough for me to be able to just step in, but I had to squeeze between the shower door the bathroom sink. the door and sink were cold, this made the experience even more unpleasant, and it was the most ridiculous set up and one I have never seen in a bathroom in the world. If they made the door swing in rather than swing out it would have made an enormous difference. the staff need to stay in these rooms to understand the need for change. the staff overall were very helpful.

The room was nice but i could not use the balcony because the air con unit was blasting out hot air onto the balcony. The pool needs a scrub around the waterline and there were lots of floor times missing in the pool.

Size of the room and view

Good sized clean and tidy room. Was great having washing machine and dryer. Good sized fridge and we had clean linen every day

Not a hotel, more like an extended stay hi-rise. A/C not adequate for size of the room. Dinner was really good, but over priced. Didnt get any breakfast because they didnt open until 7am

The location was great, and the view from my room was beautiful. The room itself was spacious, and I loved the scent of the amenities. The only issue was the Wi-Fi — it didn’t work right after check-in, so I had to call the help desk, and even after it was fixed, the connection was not only very slow but also kept dropping out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, but since the Wi-Fi wasn’t stable and it affected my work quite a lot, I might have to think twice before staying again unless it improves.
