We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had 2 windows. One big set with an extensive amount of bird poo on the outside- it was disgusting. The other window had no curtains or blind on it and let the outside lights in all night, and the sun at 5am, and it rattled in the wind. The other bedroom had a bed that was uneven. I will be asking Expedia for a partial refund as we could not use the 2nd bedroom which I paid good money for.

Newly renovated, very clean apartments, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Over priced, dirty and outdated. The property felt more like a jail then a hotel. The room smelt and the aircon wasnt working, making for a really uncomfortable stay. The pool also isnt available, this again was falsely advertised online. The hand towels in our bathroom were stained and everything just felt dirty. Highly recommend booking elsewhere. Not an enjoyable experience.

Really friendly reception, made process quick and easy

Great place to stay with the family. Unit was spacious. Kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils.

Receptionist Sandra was extra helpful.

Ok as a last option. Rooms are modern, but tired and worn. Found a few stray pubes in the beds and shower. The lounge furniture, not great.(actually looked like someone died in the single seater at some point) Not what I expected for a 300 per night room. Being from out west, We are frequent motel users in Mackay, we normally stay in cheaper rooms. Thought we would “lash out” this time, what a waste of money! Don’t be fooled by pictures. Probably one of the worst we’ve stayed at in Mackay

The overall interior was very unwelcoming - dark and dingey.

Overall good value for money, convenient location. Had a small issue with the TV not working, but no big deal as it was a late night stay anyway so I didn't bother contacting anyone about it. Would stay here again for the convenience on my next visit.

Booked online & came to the property to find they had no rooms & weren’t sure how the booking went through but were able to work it out & give me a beautiful 2 bedroom unit it was huge & beautiful!!

The apartment was fine it was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the screen door to the balcony wouldn’t open properly, the tiles on the balcony floor were all lifting up and could be a trip hazard. The balcony also needed a good pressure clean.

We really liked the interior and design of the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that the apartment absolutely corresponded to the photographs presented on the hotel website. (It often happens that everything looks beautiful in the photo, but not in reality). All furniture is in excellent condition, clean, cozy, comfortable. Another nice addition is that the hotel is located near the Queen's Park, that is convenient for morning walks or exercise.

This property has everything you need for a short or extended stay! Its modern and up to date! Beds confortable! We did have issues with wifi and rooms not quite soundproof (apologies to the floor we were on my son was exceptionally loud and obnoxious. ) loved sitting on the balcony and watching the bats

Noisy at night due to being near pub . Apartment only had 1 bathroom for 2 rooms

Booking and check-in were straight forward, easy and professional. Room: clean with exception of crockery (dishes) and glasses, which we had to wash. This may be a consequence of only a single sachet of dishwashing liquid and a single dishwasher capsule being provided for multi-day stays. Maybe the hotel would consider providing sufficient washing liguid/capsules for length of stay. Overall, the apartment was very clean, well appointed and quiet. We would recommend this property, and will stay again. Check Out: straight forward with no delays.
