Good for vacation, nice restaurant and will come back next time....

Hotel room is acceptable. Difficult to bring large luggage to the lift as need to navigate some steps to the lobby. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Outdated . Photos on Wotif are confused with another hotel nearby...although reception was polite....& they replaced a broken table....no real in entire to stay..characterless & worn out.. Dining facility is stuck in art deco..with empty waterways?? Unimaginative food. Beach view was a joke...renovations on the outer walls insignificant compared to what is

Ocean view and good location

We called ahead and they were kind enough to let us check in early as the room was not slept in the night before. In honesty, the score would have been higher had it not been for the fact that a few days before our stay, I received a message saying that work was being done on the outside of the hotel and there would be significant noise. The message was sent far too late to cancel and find another hotel. It also meant their car park was not usable which wasn't mentioned. The noise was unbelievable and reverberated throughout the hotel. It's a shame as, although dated, the room was very spacious. It was dated but clean. I just wish they had given us notice of the works.

Nice hotel, great location and really lovely staff.

シーツが汚れており、タオル類も古びている。 窓の汚く、部屋も古い。 バスタブと部屋の仕切りも段差もなく、足洗い以外に使いようがない。 写真のイメージとかけ離れたいる。 レストランはとても良い良かった。

Friendly professional staff. Good breakfast. Good view from upper rooms. rooms were clean and comfortable but getting a little dated.

No bar no cutlery no bottle opener or corkscrew but wine glasses no spare blankets or pillows coffee undrinkable no lounge despite huge room only one armchair despite double bed

Across the road to the beach with great views and food and drink places plentiful. Felt the hotel looked run down need of repair. Room clean enough but smelled musky. Just needing some TLC

Great location, clean big rooms and plenty of on sit parking available. Good value for money but hotel decor is showing its age.

Needs a bit of a facelift

I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car.. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027). Shout out to the staff at both the hotel and the pub next door, brilliant people.

The carpet throughout the whole building is in need of replacing. The carpet in my room had tears,stains and was lifting off the floor. The lift felt like it was going to fall to the ground,shuddering and shaking.

The room was clean, staff helped in many ways. I enjoyed staying in OBH.
