Excellent stay from start to finish.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, both at reception and around the hotel. Check in was easy and relaxed, and any questions were handled quickly.
Parking was very convenient and straightforward, which made arriving and leaving stress free.
The room was large, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of space to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained. The views were a real highlight, especially at different times of the day.
The location is outstanding. Close to the beach, cafes, bars, and walking areas, yet still quiet enough to unwind properly.
A great place to stay and I would happily return.

직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 방은 다른 후기처럼 넓기는 했으나, 오래되었고, 침대가 트윈이 없어 퀸을 선택했는데 좁게 느껴졌어요. 청결한 편이지만 오래되다보니 컵에는 얼룩이 있고, 인스턴트 커피는 오래 되어서인지 단단했는데 맛이 별로여서 그 이후는 마시지 않았어요. 생수는 기본인 줄 알고 마셨는데 모두 계산을 해야만 했어요. Cottesloe 역까지 걸어갈 수 있고, 대략 20분 조금 걸리지 않습니다. 다만 주변에 할 것이나 간단한 것을 살 마트가 전혀 없어서, 여름철 외에는 방문하는 것을 추천드리지 않아요. 온수는 잘 나오는데 방은 춥습니다. TV는 넷플릭스 시청이 가능합니다. 엘리베이터도 굉장히 오래된 것 같았어요. 기찻길 건너편, 2km 이상 떨어진 곳에 Coles 마트가 있는데, 물이나 컵라면 구입이 가능해요. 다만 이 호텔은 전자렌지가 없고 전기주전자, 컵만 있고, 실내 슬리퍼도 없고 1인용 소파, 식탁 이렇게 있다보니 거의 머물지 않았어요. 보증금은 현금이나 카드로 100호주달러를 체크인때 결제합니다. 실내는 딱히 사진으로 남길게 없어서 앞 바닷가 사진과 마트 입구 사진 남깁니다.

위치가 좋고 침구도 편안하고 좋았음. 방 공간도 매우 넓고 쾌적했음. 주차장이 본건물과 연결되는 출입문이 없어서 차에서 문가를 꺼내려고 드나들때마다 차가 입출차하는 큰 철문을 카드를 넣어서 들어가고 나와야해서 다소 불편. 다른 것은 대체로 다 만족.

The room was large, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of space to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained. The views were a real highlight, especially at different times of the day.

Had a great experience at Ocean Beach Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location is great, the on site dining options (the bar and restaurant) have great food at equally great prices, and the rooms are spacious.
Only "negative" (though it's not a complaint given how well priced the hotel is) is that the rooms and the hotel building are showing their age.
Staff were incredibly amenable and when I had an issue with my bathroom, they offered to change my room (which I wasn't even requesting).
Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Our room did not have a view but it was spacious and clean. As mentiolned in other reviews, the room would greatly benefit from a refurbishment (especially the shower tiling). The kitchenette would benefit from a couple of plates and some cutlery. However, we found the room comfortable and we will happily stay there agsin.

The hotel showed a bit aged, however the location, view and the price is unbeatable. If you are want to stay next to coast, I strongly recommend to consider stay in this hotel.

It was so refreshing to enter a room that was so full of light
The doona was very light weight - to have an extra blanket in the room would be awesome. Instead of having to ask for one.
Property is in need of a renno, but understand this is a work in progress.
Suggestion - to consider a free bottle of H2O for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Beach Hotel. The staff were very accommodating with my early arrival, which I really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. The view of the beach from the window was an added bonus — absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
