It’s easy to go places I wanted to go

prime location, easily accessible from the train station. clean and tidy room with helpful staff. spacious room as well.

設施跟位子交通都很棒！ 唯一缺點就是會說中文的服務人員幾乎沒有（可能只有一位） 導致在溝通上有時候有點小問題，可能本身英文又不夠好，會聽不太懂他們的意思！例如：第一天check in 的時候 他們有先預扣了我們信用卡金額1000澳幣，說是如果有其他的毀損或是room service 就會有charge產生 ，若是沒有的話等退房後七天就會退回，櫃檯說是1塊錢，但是刷卡簽單上顯示的是1000元，我回來台灣後越想越覺得不太對，會不會是他們刷錯了？ 囧 這個不知道要怎麼辦？

The hotel location was fantastic we enjoyed the locality and the views of the hyde park however the hotel itself I would not rated 5 stars hotel it lacks the luxury it need modernisation all decorations and furnitures are old not been updated for more than 20 years. We booked the hotel because of its star rating paid all that money but sorry I would not give the hotel more than 3 stars

The room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very hot with excellent shower pressure and good size vanity to be able to spread out our stuff. The breakfast was very good. Especially loved the GF station. Good location.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time! Great location, lovely amenities, and well appointed room. I see some reviews where people say the fittings are a little "dated", but I would say that they're more "vintage". They have been immaculately maintained in a way that offers charm. We loved it. The bathtub/shower was roomy, and the park view was awesome. The lifts were a bit slow at peak times, but as long as you're not in a rush, it's not a big deal. Absolutely would stay again.

Great rooftop pool

Hôtel très bien situé pour explorer le centre de Sydney à pied ou en transport en commun, Chambre propre et très bien équipée. La station de métro Museum qui relie l’aéroport est à 5 minutes à pied. Magnifique vue sur Hyde Park et sur la Sydney Tower Eye.

Great room view. The pool was nice but not safe for older people - no hand rail to step up and down and no shade.

Hotel was great. In a good location, great sized room.and good breakfast. Only downside was the shower head holder was broken and had been for sometime

Staff very good. Twin beds good size. Location good. The hotel doesn’t feel 5 star and whilst the staff at breakfast are great the amenities all round seem a little tired. TV with too few options. Bistro with no zero beer alternative.
