总体来说还不错，只是客房服务很差，因为房间很脏，当我回到房间时，房间根本没有打扫过，我住了 5 晚。

Great locations. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store next door, bus stops just walk across Hyde Park. Beautiful park view from our room.

Dated hotel. Housekeeping was very bad. Location is nice, room is big but the standard is low. Once housekeeping didn't come and we had to chase it up; When they then did come they didn't even make the bed properly. All a bit embarrassing and unprofessional.

Stayed for family vacation of 4 adults. The room is spacious to accommodate 4 adults with 2 (i believe) queen size beds. The room we stayed in is clean and has a great view overlooking Hyde Park. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the service is great (amenities are well provided) Check in process was easy and fast Location is great, around 15 mins walk to city central or shopping district.

Kamarnya luas, ranjang bisa untuk ber-4 dewasa karena ada 2 ranjang queen, lokasi cukup oke.

Untuk hitungan bintang 5 hotelnya kurang cocok, lift macet sampai 20 menit, pokoknya nakut-nakutin deh. But sorry not sorry I wont stay here lagi deh kayanya kalau ke sydney.

The hotel is perfect for family getaways, rooms are spacious and they have courteous staff. It's in central city, making it very accessible to wherever you wanna go, it's near the bus and train stations, and they also have a rental car service if you wanna drive around the city and nearby tourist destinations

Hotelnya enak bagus. bersih. ranjangnya besar-besar. lokasi juga bagus. Saya sudah 2 kali menginap disini. next saya juga mau menginap di sini lagi. Akan direkomendasikan kemana-mana atau saudara

Good location, relatively close to places of interest: Opera House, Circular Quay (approximately 15 minutes walk), Paddy's Market, big shopping mall on the Pitt Street. Room: Comfortable room, however a bit outdated. The mattress is standard and I found the pillow is hard. There was a crack on the sink. Overall room facilities and amenities was more like 3 star hotel rather than 5 star. Our room rate is inclusive breakfast. To be a honest it is quite good food spread and great variety, however if you stay more than 3 nights then you'll get bored as exactly the same menu served everyday.
