prime location, easily accessible from the train station. clean and tidy room with helpful staff. spacious room as well.

設施跟位子交通都很棒！ 唯一缺點就是會說中文的服務人員幾乎沒有（可能只有一位） 導致在溝通上有時候有點小問題，可能本身英文又不夠好，會聽不太懂他們的意思！例如：第一天check in 的時候 他們有先預扣了我們信用卡金額1000澳幣，說是如果有其他的毀損或是room service 就會有charge產生 ，若是沒有的話等退房後七天就會退回，櫃檯說是1塊錢，但是刷卡簽單上顯示的是1000元，我回來台灣後越想越覺得不太對，會不會是他們刷錯了？ 囧 這個不知道要怎麼辦？

The room tired with scrapes in the window sill area and base of walls all around the room. The main window overlooking Hyde park was permanently fogged over partially obscuring the view outside. I think the seal on the glazed glass has failed. There is mold along the shower curtain area. It’s a large jacuzzi style tub shower and the shower portion is an after thought with an inadequate shower curtain making it difficult to keep the bath room floor dry

Everything was great Reception and restaurants were wonderful.

Wanted my mobile number, when I said it was for marketing so no thank you. Reception denied that it was for marketing and said it was to call me when my room would be ready, so I gave them the number....no call to say my room was ready, but now they have my phone number. Bar was closed by 10:30am so unable to get a drink - and was informed to go round to the restaurant where they can serve me. So I walk round to the restaurant, which was only separated from the bar by a wall, to be told that they were also closed. Frustrating to be on both occasions to be mis-communicated to. This mis-communication happened on two more times, and each time the member of staff actually shared the inaccurate information. ... luckily a more senior person was behind and corrected the mistakes. So overall unable to trust what people were telling us.

A localização do hotel é excelente! 5 min de uma estação do metro. Fica em frente al Hyde Park. Fizemos varios passeios a pé. O café da manhã tambem é muito bom. Enfim, retornando a Sydney ficaremos la novamente.

Mein Zimmer war groß und hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht. Besonders gefiel mir auch der - wenn auch nicht so große - Pool auf dem Dach mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Sydney. Das Frühstücksbuffet möchte ich ebenfalls lobend erwähnen. Und hatte man einen Sonderwunsch, so wurde dieser prompt erfüllt.

This is our 3rd time staying at The Pullman. It’s in a great location with views of Hyde Park and the city. Extra social from the roof top pool. The buffet breakfast is very good, the staff are lovely and helpful and the hotel is clean. Highly recommend.

My only complaint was that the bar closed at 10.00 other than that the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was great although got busy at the weekend.

Bathroom a bit outdated

It would have been nice to have a microwave in room to reheat food, The pool is quite small. The hotel is so conveniently located to all the tourist attractions, we walked to everything (over 100000 steps for the week) and never had to hire a car, took train a couple times to get back to Hotel. Museum Station is only short walk to Hotel through Hyde Park. We caught Train from/to Airport to Museum station and then walked to hotel that is so convenient. Enjoyed our time at the Hotel

Staff were great, location excellent right next to Hyde park and railway stations. Definitely Stay again.

While parts of the building could benefit from a refresh — such as chipped paint, scuff marks and general wear and tear — the hotel itself was a very comfortable place to stay. We booked a Classic Room with two double beds, which was surprisingly spacious. There was enough room for two large suitcases and one small suitcase to remain open on the floor while still having plenty of space to move around comfortably. The bathroom was generously sized and featured a large corner bath with a shower over it. From the 16th floor we enjoyed a lovely view overlooking Hyde Park. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of cooked, cold and sweet options. Both on arrival and departure we were able to store our luggage, which made it easy to continue exploring the city. We also appreciated being able to use the lobby as a base — accessing the facilities and enjoying drinks from the complimentary flavoured water dispensers. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk to Museum railway station and around a 10-minute walk to World Square. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a well-located hotel, and we would happily stay here again.
