prime location, easily accessible from the train station. clean and tidy room with helpful staff. spacious room as well.

設施跟位子交通都很棒！ 唯一缺點就是會說中文的服務人員幾乎沒有（可能只有一位） 導致在溝通上有時候有點小問題，可能本身英文又不夠好，會聽不太懂他們的意思！例如：第一天check in 的時候 他們有先預扣了我們信用卡金額1000澳幣，說是如果有其他的毀損或是room service 就會有charge產生 ，若是沒有的話等退房後七天就會退回，櫃檯說是1塊錢，但是刷卡簽單上顯示的是1000元，我回來台灣後越想越覺得不太對，會不會是他們刷錯了？ 囧 這個不知道要怎麼辦？

Overall a disappointing stay, largely due to some issues that could have been easily avoided. The pool was advertised as heated but was far too cold to use during winter, and the spa was only half full. Small oversights like missing toothbrushes required a separate request to reception, which felt like a basic miss for a hotel at this level. My biggest frustration, however, was with the room itself. I booked a city view room through Expedia and was given a window that looked directly into the side of an adjacent building. This was not what was advertised and I would never have made the booking had this been disclosed upfront. I would strongly recommend the hotel review how this room type is listed as it is genuinely misleading.

Stay was good staff excellent good position close to transport

Nice clean hotel, right by the train station. Convenient located, China Town is just down the street. The breakfast was very nice, they had alot of options to fill up. The made to order omelettes and Sour dough bread was really good.

Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean, but there were no water, fizzy drinks, biscuits, only milk in the fridge

Everything was very good. Will be coming again!

Although a little dated for the price it was clean, comfortable and we had a beautiful view over Hyde Park (although the windows were filthy)

The location is great, and the breakfast is good. The friendly and attentive staff makes for a very good overall service.

The room tired with scrapes in the window sill area and base of walls all around the room. The main window overlooking Hyde park was permanently fogged over partially obscuring the view outside. I think the seal on the glazed glass has failed. There is mold along the shower curtain area. It’s a large jacuzzi style tub shower and the shower portion is an after thought with an inadequate shower curtain making it difficult to keep the bath room floor dry
