It’s easy to go places I wanted to go

prime location, easily accessible from the train station. clean and tidy room with helpful staff. spacious room as well.

設施跟位子交通都很棒！ 唯一缺點就是會說中文的服務人員幾乎沒有（可能只有一位） 導致在溝通上有時候有點小問題，可能本身英文又不夠好，會聽不太懂他們的意思！例如：第一天check in 的時候 他們有先預扣了我們信用卡金額1000澳幣，說是如果有其他的毀損或是room service 就會有charge產生 ，若是沒有的話等退房後七天就會退回，櫃檯說是1塊錢，但是刷卡簽單上顯示的是1000元，我回來台灣後越想越覺得不太對，會不會是他們刷錯了？ 囧 這個不知道要怎麼辦？

room was spacious. semi clean. great view. renovations going on at the hot tub. overall this hotel is worth the reasonable cost in a great location.

Værelserne var lidt slidt. Morgenmads restauranten var for lsng tid om at komme med kaffe og der var for få borde til 3 eller flere personer.

5 star hotell crew! Hotellet er slitt og er ikke 5 star. Vedlikehold er tydeligvis igang en del steder

Enjoyed our stay but......the tap in the bathroom sink leaked (1906), the wait for the lifts on the weekend was ridiculous and the pillows had no body to them.

Great location. They really looked after us and made the long weekend for the marathon so simple and easy.

Very happy with our stay

We loved the room - huge bath and shower pressure was amazing. Some of the furniture is a bit tired but for the most part very happy. Great views too from 15th floor ( city side). The rooftop pool is small but wonderful. My daughter used the gym and jacuzzi too. The chairs on roof top are so comfortable we sat out there for hours. Would be good if they served cocktails up to there instead of just can of beer or seltzer. Also lifts getting changed and they are super slow and soooooo inconvenient and really frustrating. Staff were so friendly and courteous and chatty.

The property was very convenient for what we were there for, the breakfast was delicious, but it had two lifts not operating at the time of our stay and it was expensive to stay as is, then we were also charged $62 for parking on top of this, that's too expensive

Rooms are a little dated and need some care. Location is great, staff were nice.

Super Lage und die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

The room is pretty clean but not spotless, the pool is bit too cold for my like in. Overall 4 out of 5 hotel
