It’s easy to go places I wanted to go

prime location, easily accessible from the train station. clean and tidy room with helpful staff. spacious room as well.

設施跟位子交通都很棒！ 唯一缺點就是會說中文的服務人員幾乎沒有（可能只有一位） 導致在溝通上有時候有點小問題，可能本身英文又不夠好，會聽不太懂他們的意思！例如：第一天check in 的時候 他們有先預扣了我們信用卡金額1000澳幣，說是如果有其他的毀損或是room service 就會有charge產生 ，若是沒有的話等退房後七天就會退回，櫃檯說是1塊錢，但是刷卡簽單上顯示的是1000元，我回來台灣後越想越覺得不太對，會不會是他們刷錯了？ 囧 這個不知道要怎麼辦？

Hotel room was nice . Good location. Good views. Only issue was the lifts. Took me 10 - 15 minutes to get down on checkout time. They are in the progress of updating them

Ideally located on Hyde Park. A short walk from Museum Station (which connects to airport without transfer), and all of the city's landmarks, this is a convenient place to stay. Selecting the right room can be bewildering in available services. My first stay allowed me all Foxtel channels. My second stay only gave me restricted channels, so I upgraded for my third stay and got none at all. Quite a problem when you want to watch the cricket. The restaurant serves great food - recommend the barramundi.

Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, hotellet var litt slitent og trenger oppussing både ute og inne. Var også skuffet over svømmebassenget som så stort ut på bildene, men var knøttlite.

Great location, but the hotel feels outdated. Not worth it the price. The TV doesn’t support casting, the Wi-Fi is weak, and the breakfast is too basic for the price — it’s better to eat outside.

Not impressed with the amenities, housekeeping and amenities. Basics like toothbrush and bed room slippers need to be requested . The toilet is old although the bedroom seems to have gone through refurbishment. Overall it was below my expectation for a Pullman hotel when I compare with other Pullman in other destinations

Dated interior. Told front counter that we we wanted to skip room service due to our relatively short stay. Ended up with room service still being performed and our personal towels being thrown out! Am unlikely to return
