Unfortunately, some of the elevators were out of service, they seem old and the property should replace them. We took the service elevators most of the time.

Great location, clean room. It was very quiet, comfortable bed and pillow. Especially liked the free bottle of drinking water in the room.

Only 1 elevator working for 20 + floors hotel, you are waiting 10 min each time to get anywhere. No USB ports anywhere in the room, it’s like the 90’s in there. No soundproofing, you ll be up bright and early whether you want to or not every morning. For 400 per night it’s a joke, book elsewhere.

The property overlooks the ANZAC Memorial in Hyde Park, beautiful, peaceful location. We would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

This is not a 5 start hotel. Great location but amenities are dated. In room phone didn’t work, missing bath plug, mould in bathroom. Staff were friendly and location was convenient

It also needs a deep clean. Time it was at least dusted. Plastic shower curtains?
