Location convenient to major tourist spots in downtown.

酒店条件不错，特别是厨房，配备很齐全。唯一就是地点，走路的话真的离中心有点远，需要走路五六分钟到电车站，然后坐1-2站电车。

地理位置良好，但酒店裝修很差，天花、牆壁都是沒有任何裝修，原始磚牆的風格，完全不符合4.5星的等級。 在澳洲大城市 3 Bedrooms 竟然只有一個 Bathroom，難以接受。

有待改善：設施陳舊，4個煮食爐頭壞了2個，床鋪太軟。 優：空間大，有洗衣和乾衣設施，地點ok，近電車站和唐人街，附近食店多

Very good overall, the bed feels a bit too soft though.

The room is large, tidy and clean. Serving is good and staff is very nice and helpful. I like the open kitchen and bar table very much. One thing for improvement is that the cookware is not 100% clean. Overall is good and i do recommend friend to choose this hotel for their trip.

Spacious room, apartment to say! We booked a room which is in the basement. It needs to take a few steps to reach. We knew that when we booked. That's why the room is cheaper then others. It's worthy!

Good location but the hotel does not have a restaurant and provides room services only.

Well! I put my feedback in detail about how poor was the experience and got rejected! To conclude: dirty, dusty, aged furniture, Bedroom window facing CarPark eye contact with driver, none of us want to sit on the sofa and bed was so dusty and soft, poor service. Spoiled my family holiday.

Awful experience! Room is dirty and dusty! Aging facilities! Facing an ugly CarPark where you can have eye contact with the drivers. Noisy and can't sleep, moved out after the first night, and didn't get my refund back after complaint!! (Booked for 3 nights). Raise another complaint to Hotels.com after return home and wait for few days, no feedback and reply!

A very poor experience which I have booked to stay with Punthill for 3 nights 3 bedroom apartment. Which I have to check out after the first night and found another apartment to stay. Despite a 3 bedrooms Our family including 2 kids (3yr)and we have only one toilet and bathroom (without lock). The room is so dirty and dusty. Black curtain all with dust, sitting on same level with a car park, where you can say Hi to the drivers. Carpets were so so dirty and was bitten by nice. The next morning, one air con control for the whole apartment, one room is piping hot while the other is freezing. So called room decoration same as "non decorated" raw cemented ceiling and walls make the room feel so dirty and uncomfortable. Kids couldn't sleep and was crying at night made thing even worst!! All of us want to move out as soon as possible. We asked for compensation and no feedback of coz! What really disappointed me I booked this according to the feedback provided by hotels.com! (This is not the first time I make my booking with hotels.com due to some good experience, but sure is the worst ever) So if you have little bit expectation and are looking for a comfortable holiday! This is definitly not you choice!!! You know this hotel spoiled my experience!!! I had such a good time in Brisbane and Goldcoast using hotels.com with similar price hotel and also prime location! I want my money back at least for the last 2 days!!!!

非常满意。位置很好，离Flinders Street Station非常近，走走几分钟就到，离库克船长小屋也很近。酒店职员态度非常好，能说简单中文。客房干净，房间比较小，但是客厅非常大，足够2个家庭聚会happy。

A well located hotel if you are doing football, concerts etc around the MCG precinct. 1 bedroom rooms provided great extra living space and all necessary amenities. Room did not have any great views and was noisy as next to a construction site but this was communicated as part of the booking process so no surprises. No construction at night so still plenty of quiet time. Bathroom was a bit dated but some rooms have been renovated. Overall a comfortable hotel in a good location and Zach Brown Band was fantastic.

Room was very large, clean and well equipped

The first night was impossible to sleep — the building was so noisy from the strong wind (felt like a cyclone!), and I’m usually a deep sleeper. Luckily, the next night was calm and I slept well. Great location and very affordable, but cleaning needs improvement as we found leftover food in the fridge. Friendly staff fixed it quickly. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!
