아파트먼트 호텔이라 주방. 세탁기. 건조기와 거실 방이 분리되어있습니다. 위치는 좋습니다. 너무 중심지는 아니지만 무료트램존 안에 있으며,트랩역도 갈어서 3분거리에 있어서 교통도 좋습니다. 그리고 조용한 위치에 있습니다 바로 앞에 위치한 몰에 여러 식당이 있어 식사하기도 좋고요~! 하우스키핑서비스도 되는 아파트먼트 호텔입니다^^

일반아파트가.아니라.사무실건물을.개조한 숙박시설.. 그래서 시멘트벽으로 되어있어 아늑한 느낌이.없다. 그리고 방음이.안되서.밤늦게 길거리 소음으로 수면이.좀 불편했고.. 8월에 도착한날은 추웠음. 그리고 3베드룸이자만 욕실이.1개여서 5명숙박시 불편햤다 그나마 화장실이 분리되어서 그나마.다행이였음. 또 샤워부스가 너무 좁아 씻기가 불편. 샤워기가 좀 부실. 그대신 위치가 좋아서 왠만한장소는 도보가능하고. 가격도 비싸지않고 프런트도 친절하고 근처에 맛집도 많고 그런장점이.많음. 전반적으론 좋았음. 3베드룸으로 5~6인 숙박에.무리없는 크기였음 단 제일 창가침대는 외풍이.너무 심해 자기가 어려움 단지 1호라인 방은 야간길거리소음은 불편했음

위치도 좋은데에 있어서 전반적으로 편했어요 확실히 그냥 호텔들보단 크고, 세탁기랑 건조기도 있어서 여행 중간에 옷들 한번 세탁 싹 할수 있었고. 다만 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가더라구요. 그거말곤 정말 다 괜찮았어요

공간도 넓고 주방 및 세탁기가 있어서 더 좋았던 것 같습니다. 세탁기 사용 문의를 했을 때도 바로 방으로 방문하여 해결해 주셨습니다. 다음에도 기회가 된다면 이 곳에 머무르고 싶네요 ^^

The first night was impossible to sleep — the building was so noisy from the strong wind (felt like a cyclone!), and I’m usually a deep sleeper. Luckily, the next night was calm and I slept well. Great location and very affordable, but cleaning needs improvement as we found leftover food in the fridge. Friendly staff fixed it quickly. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

I had everything I needed and more, thank you! Close to Parliament and Flinders St stations and every larger shop within 5-10 minute walking distance. The apartment exceeded expectations and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would have loved to cook but no need with everything available so close by. One thing that would be even better is a larger TV, 32” is too small for the room. Staff were super attentive and great communication, thank you for a very pleasant stay.

It was a fantastic property to stay out and it is an extremely close to multiple theatres in the Melbourne CBD. I will definitely consider staying here again if I go to Melbourne to see musicals. It's also extremely easy to navigate around the CBD from the location.

Very clean and neat, but the fittings and furnishings are a little tired. The instructions for the air con were not very clear; not sure that we mastered it! Sadly the building works surrounding the property detracted from the ambiance.

The property is in an excellent location, close to shops, transport, restaurants, gardens, theatres. The check-in was quick and the lady on the front desk was helpful and extremely pleasant. She is an asset to the business. The apartment itself was very spacious. It was very clean and had great resources (stove, hob, washer/dryer, air con/heating, TV). There was a shower over a bath but the bath mechanism didn't work (they may have decommissioned the use of baths due to water usage concerns??). I had been pre-warned about noise from surrounding building works. I stayed on a Sunday and so there was no noise. It did start up at 7am. on the Monday morning but wasn't actually that bad. I would happily stay at this establishment again. Thank you.
