house keeping was not satisfactory

Stayed at the two bedrooms apartment on the lower floors. There is total of 2 balcony which does not have much view. I am sure the view of the harbor would be amazing at the top. The hotel is right next to a row of restuarants at the south bank, many bars and nice brunch places. It is around 15 mins walk to crowne plaza. The reception has great service and helped us printed out the tickets to the concerts.

It is a good hotel with a good location.

Quay West is a very nice service apartment, nice staff, clean room & bathroom, good location, easy to get to CBD (even by walk) and from there you can get to the free tram zone to travel around the city. Comfortable bed, nice view (will be even nicer if the window is facing yarra river), recommended

Beautiful room with large bathroom. Unfortunately no city view from our room. Overall it is good as it is 5 minutes walk to the the river.

Near the river and city centre, very convenient to get around

it is a clean , comfort hotel.

位置极佳，火车总站，市中心，EUREKA89， CROWN都在附近，出入非常方便。客房景观也非常好，亚拉河白天，夜晚的景色都非常美！房间大，有客厅，有厨房，住得舒服。但是客房服务质量有待改进，房间，卫生间都打扫的不太干净，床单铺得也不平整。

Well appointed suite and super close to Hamer Hall

Receptionist must make it very clear with the instruction they give you when telling customers about the parking as there are other parking places where I was told to go. As I was running late for an appointment I had to leave my vehicle in the wrong parking and when I called I was told that yes many customers make the same mistake. When I mentioned clearer instruction I got a sorry and an extra out of pocket car park fee.

The suite was clean and very well fitted out

First stay here , this was a great visit, location perfect on Southbank, reception staff impeccable, noting a birthday stay and gifted bubbly and chocolates . Upgraded suite, unit very clean, adequate fridge stock etc, strongly recommended, avoid Aust Open period if possible as extremely expensive across the city

Service was amazing

Excellent customer service, staff were lovely and easy to deal with.
