Terrible. They do not value privacy, for example, if you have the do not disturb sign up they do not care and just come in. I also caught the maintenance guy with his hands on my clothes in the washing machine in the laundry, I asked him what he was doing and he said he was "going to do another rinse on my clothes because he wanted to test the machine". which was absolutely inappropriate and very strange. The staff took no responsibility for this and the maintenance guy came and yelled at me at reception when I complained. The staff didn't believe me, and then blamed me. The staff constantly lied and gaslit, Remy the receptionist was the most like this. They also did not tell me before I stayed that this was a crisis hotel. The dishonest attitude of the staff comes from the director Chris, who took no responsibility for any of this, and was very dishonest and a massive gaslighter.

I've stayed at this property many times. Staff are friendly, room is always immaculate. Quiet and would highly recommend staying here.

fully self contained and plety of room in the apartment

First time in Burwood East Quest. Everything was good except for a 2 bed joint together to make a king size bed it really hurts my back when sleeping.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht allzu viel zu tun. Das Hotel selbst hat keine Bar und bietet auch kein Frühstück an.

Comfortable place to stay.

My stay was great and the l8cation was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff were friendly. Room needed to be vaccumed properly very dirty under bed side tables and carpet needs a good clean throughout.

They need bond which was returned after a week .no recommend

Loved the stay very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed .

When we arrived the balcony door was broken, unable to be locked. We reported it straight away and were informed it would be fixed the next day. The next day it was not fixed, so we had to sleep for two nights with a door that could not be locked, we didn't sleep well. It was fixed the third day. Not exactly an ideal situation.

Everything was good. The staff are from a different planet, all lovely, polite and smiling. All good.

The check in was great the staff were helpful but they lacked safety measures. First off, I am a single female traveller. A male was right there and she read out my room number out loud rather than just circling it. Although they had my room ready on time for my arrival. Once in, I could already see the room lacked proper cleaning. The kitchen didn't look like it had been wiped down in a while and had dust and grease on the kitchen hob. The bathroom had water marks all around the sink and not wiped. The bathroom drain was black with dirt and grime and even hair shavings. The towel had hair on it and they had forgotten to put towels in the actual bathroom. When I got one from the reception it was very small and as I came back late, someone had put 2 more in my room on my return which was nice but also made me feel unsafe cause someone had gained access to my room while I had been out. Lastly, at exactly 2:40am someone next door could be heard in their room as they gave me a room with a connection door. There is only one door between the room as the light can be seen to shine under it. This is not safe and also causes every sound to be heard. I could hear all kinds of noise, coughing and banging about. Then they left at 3:05am after hearing I moved my bag rail up against the connection door. They were heard to then leave the room and press the elevator. The hotels security its self is very poor. Basically anyone can get into the hotel without a key. No elevator swipe.
