Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Clean and cosy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very good accommodations. A little rundown in some areas. But clean, quiet and safe.

The room itself was great. 2storey, lovely lounge, dining and kitchen downstairs. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Old colonial style semi detached.No good for assist (not that we needed that) but the steps to the bedroom are very steep. Had to leave my big luggage downstairs. The bathroom was good but could do with an upgrade although it was kept perfectly clean. The motel staff were lovely and the price was reasonable for the location. My suggestion if walking from the circular quay especially with luggage is to walk up George st to Harrison st. Don’t follow google maps. Some sections are quite steep but an easy walk. Very close to cruise terminal and no problem walking luggage down to cruise ship. Close to a lot of eateries and The Rocks markets.

Excellent location.
Major drawback, unable to make call to international operator. Manager said even they are not able to place collect international calls . I went down the street to the Four Seasons where they placed the call for me.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the OS Cruise Terminal.
The reception staff were exceptional in helping with any queries and very friendly.
The downfall is that the rooms desperately need an overhaul, carpet was very dirty, bathroom run down and the mattress on my bed slumped to one side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, in the middle of the night, I had to sleep with my head at the foot end of the bed to sleep straight. An excellent location though, and wonderful staff. Would consider staying again, but would check the bed first.

Absolutely superb location. We were lucky to have a room with a view on the 5th floor. So the view made the experience. An older premises so a little worn and well loved. But the view and location was great.

This was a classic hotel experience for us. The room was very clean, although dated. We were impressed by the steam cleaning of the bathroom. Our view was lovely out our window. The concierge was friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly and location excellent plus onsite laundry. Our room Had a kitchen but no grocery stores with any produce within walking distance so we did not use it except for tea. Pool had leaves and was not heated. Spa heate cwas broken and hot water in kitchen did not work. So it needs some upkeep.

It appears that this hotel room was converted from an original studio apartment. It was clean with the exception of older dirty carpets. It needs to be updated to more sanitary vinyl plank simulated wood flooring. The location is good, within walking distance to the cruise lines and Opera House. The hotel located in the center of The Rocks nightlife venue eateries and cafe's. Overal, I would recommend this hotel, but bring evening comfort footwear to keep your feet clean.

The front desk people were so nice and helpful. Although the property could use a little updating my room was very clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location in the Rocks area. Easy walk to the cruise port. I plan to stay there again.
