Central position very convenient, close to information centre, tours picked up from the hotel. The air conditioning in our room was far too cold, asked for an extra blanket, tried turning down the air-con. to a lower temperature, this did not work. Eventually the air-con. was adjusted and was much more comfortable. Enjoyed our stay staff were very good.

Only one bedside table for 2 large beds

Great location to explore Darwin city. Clean rooms. Front of motel was dirty with rubbish and cigarette butts was a bit off putting but inside was very clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The reception area was poorly designed, tucked away behind a pole, giving it an unprofessional appearance. The staff also seemed unprofessional, which added to the negative impression. In addition, my room had a musty smell of damp mold that triggered a serious asthma attack. The air felt old and cold, making it difficult to breathe. Unfortunately, this forced me to cancel my plans for the day and cut my trip short. It’s clear that the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment, proper cleaning, and a more welcoming reception area. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your health and comfort.

Great place. Loved the customer service

No restaurant in house even though there is a dedicated space. No bar facilities either. The pool is tiny. The rooms are large but very dated. The shower was a nightmare. Very misleading information on website. Would not recommend to anyone.

A great location in the centre of town yey quiet. The staff were very human and and go out of their way to make your life easy. This was a return visit for me to stay here and will choose it again

Verry comfortable and Verry close to the bars

We stayed for 10 days and complained alot as the room was never cleaned properly. The room was not vacumed, our cups and spoons were not washed, bed was a hit and miss to how well it was made, bathroom and coffee making area was never wiped down, we had to ask for milk every day, and we ran out of coffee and tea. Instead of going to a hotel it felt like a youth hostel. Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in.
