Room was good - renovated, good size, comfortable bed. Patio with a view of the harbour. Friendly staff member upon checkout.
A few things let it down: grumpy person on check-in, no breakfast on Monday's (yep, you have to go to the cafe in town or get things from the IGA). The building and surrounds are tired. They don't provide little things like shower caps in the rooms, which I'd expect for the price, and they don't make up the rooms during the stay (which we were unaware of).

Room was clean and comfortable. I was on the top floor of a 2 story building. Floor was quite noisy ( creaky floorboards), so I wonder what it was like downstairs.
I had a great view on the Esplanade and jetty and it was an easy walk to bars, restaurants.
