The property was good value for money, however there was an issue with the shower floor being danderously slippery

Met my needs to stay in Canberra with a car. Had a kitchenette that was fully used.

First time staying here & NEVER, EVER again. Photos of the 2 brm villa on website are extremely deceiving. Is very old, dirty & smelly. Small old air con made the whole villa smell like a fish market. Had to sleep in our track pants & jumpers as the one small putrid smelling old aircon in living area did not heat sufficiently. Living area did not have a sofa as shown in pics on website, only a round dining table with 4 chairs & the tv on wall above. Not a single powerpoint in either of the bedrooms, no bedside tables or bedside light. Bathroom is ancient & awful, dried up white paint all over the towel rail, ventilation via a gap with fly screen at top of bathroom window which lets all the freezing winter cold air in, bathroom door didn't shut properly. A previous guests used towels on the floor of one of the wardrobes. Everything just generally unclean. I could go on but I think you get the idea. Thought it might be a risk staying here & unfortunately I was right!

While the room and service were fine, we had problems with the air-conditioner. It was loud, and switched from warm to cold without being programmed to do - problematic in the middle of a Canberra winter. Also, on our departure morning we found water at the base of the fridge, and found it had never been turned on at the power point and had defrosted; this was a problem for us, as we had stored meat and milk in the fridge section, which had gone off and had to be thrown out.

Dirty and disgusting dirty tissues everywhere ...dishes all over the sink surprise surprise manager hasnt called me back

We were disappointed. The pictures indicated a nice place, but it was not. Guests are required to clean glasses/cups that were used.....they were really, really unclean. Towels used by previous guests were left hanging on door hooks. I am not sure that the sheets were changed as they were loose and wrinkled. There were ants in the kitchenette area. Picky? Maybe, but we expect the room to be 'finished'.

Location, and a very quiet , clean place

The room was nice and roomy, however the bed only had a bedside light on one side and the fluro light cover fell of the bedroom light fell on us during the night.

stayed there previously, many years ago. this time disappointed with miniscule supply of soaps etc... even though we were there for 2 nts. Written policy was if we needed more, then could purchase at reception. Not good enough.

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week Everyone was so friendly and the amenities were awesome

The bbq facilities were in very good condition. The area around clothes line & laundry untidy. The villas could have more utensils such as can opener, salad bowls & a saucepan. There was limited liquid detergent supplied for kitchen.

Great staff. Villas were nice and quiet. Enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately, we had to canceled our stay in this villa. What a waste of time, drove all the way from Sydney to have a break for the kids School holidays but upon checking into the room/villa we are welcomed with an awful smell. Mouldy, dusty, old kinda smell the place are not clean properly it has full of thick dust everywhere, carpet are dirty and so much stains, the bed had already shrank and outdated, the bed runner/blanket is very dirty it is unwashed I’m sure for a long time. The curtains are very mouldy it is very obvious and visible to everyone because you can clearly see it from outside too through the glass wall, even our kids had noticed it. Even though we did not spend a night from this property from our 3 nights booking, this is an fyi especially if you are traveling with kids it’s not very good hygiene at all. I appreciated the owner offered us to cancelled our booking after checked in, for this we are happy and we booked for hotel in the city instead.
