一部電梯壞了、修復工程很慢、二天還沒修理好 沒有職員主動上前幫助拿行李

I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage on our own. It’s unclear if he had any advantage in doing so. We ended up putting our luggage back in the car ourselves while navigating several stairs at the entrance. While the female receptionist was helpful, the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the hotel was also concerning; I found a spider web above the bed, and the windows had clearly gone uncleaned for quite some time. It’s disheartening to see such a historic establishment being let down by its current staff. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

It's really classic hotel from outside to inside. If you really love the antique furnitures, you must love it. Hope the hotel can improve their modern facilities, such as USB adaptor, wifi and more electic socket in the room.

飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。

Lovely hotel, very traditional and old fashioned but a lovely style and history. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Walkable to the MCG.

Good location to sites, check in staff and concierge was ok, not great. Room would have been perfect, but couldn't get it to warm up

Rooms were spacious and comfortable in a great location. Service at the hotel reception and breakfast area was not great though.

A grand hotel with a long history

I stay at the Windsor whenever I visit Melbourne. The rooms are a bit dated, but I can only imagine how constrained they are with renovations given that it would (I assume) be a heritage-listed building. I do like the rooms because they are spacious. It's well maintained and always clean. The front desk and concierge staff are perfunctory, unlike previous visits where they were more welcoming and helpful. A pet peeve this trip is that they no longer provide complimentary bottles of water in the room. I still enjoyed my stay.

All good but the shower over the bath needs an anti slip mat in the tub. It's very slippery when soaped up. Need more walk in showers. Stepping in over bath is dangerous

The room was amazing and exceeded our expectations, grand architecture and everything was very functional

The breakfast was disapointing

Classic older style upmarket Hotel. If you want to feel the essence of Melbournes rich and elegant past then this is the Hotel for you. It may not have the best high floor type views in town but you will be staying in a Hotel frequented by the likes of Gregory Peck, Katharine Hepburn, Omar Sharif, Richard Branson, Mohamed Ali, Lauren Bacall, HRH Prince’s and Princesses, Prime Ministers etc -and it shows in the classic quite large older style rooms with floor to ceiling sweeping drapes in the rooms and with beautiful public areas to add a nice touch. It’s generally well appointed with all the extras you would expect from a upmarket Hotel. Great for a couple of nights or so if you want a classic older style retreat in the Paris style end of town near Parliament.

I have just checked out of the Windsor, and unfortunately my stay was deeply disappointing—from the check-in process right through to the condition of the room. The facilities felt old and antiquated, far from what one would expect of a five-star establishment. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. The person who checked me in was unfriendly, abrupt, and made no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. The same level of indifference was evident again during check-out. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium destination, this was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Old world charm. Staff were polite. We had a traditional room. It was clean and spacious and clean. Bathroom clean.
