一部電梯壞了、修復工程很慢、二天還沒修理好 沒有職員主動上前幫助拿行李

I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage on our own. It’s unclear if he had any advantage in doing so. We ended up putting our luggage back in the car ourselves while navigating several stairs at the entrance. While the female receptionist was helpful, the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the hotel was also concerning; I found a spider web above the bed, and the windows had clearly gone uncleaned for quite some time. It’s disheartening to see such a historic establishment being let down by its current staff. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

It's really classic hotel from outside to inside. If you really love the antique furnitures, you must love it. Hope the hotel can improve their modern facilities, such as USB adaptor, wifi and more electic socket in the room.

飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。

Much improved service at breakfast!

Breakfast was good. Like ALA carte helps to reduce food wastage. Coffee could be better though.

We booked a beautiful suite with a wonderful view but the windows were so filthy. This is supposed to be a Hotels.com VIP hotel but it certainly is NOT. Reception were quite rude, so disappointing

An ideal location with well appointed and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Clean room and great service. Shower pressure and temperature were temperamental but expected for an old hotel.

Clean accept for around the window. The portable Air unit was not working. Not connected.

A restaurant for evening meals and a gym would have added to the experience.

Business friendly

Lovely staff. Very clean establishment and generally quite a nice experience. Water temperature would often suddenly become too hot. room temperature did not change despite attempts. I think these two things could be an issue with the building’s age but I’m not sure. Foxtel cast function didn’t work on TV. Room service was prompt and always had a nice staff member. Food quality varied (chocolate fondant dessert was really nice) but I’d say 6/10.

Lovely staff. Beautiful decor and a classic historical hotel. Our room was big, comfy and well appointed. We didn’t use the restaurant although it looked wonderful. Grea in-room features including full Foxtel. love staying here when we can.

We were a family staying and had an upgrade to the Victorian Suite. The entire hotel felt like stepping back in time if you like shows like Downton Abbey you will love this place. Our room was huge and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Melbourne. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant we did get room service and the meal was delicious. I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be looking forward to staying again.
