一部電梯壞了、修復工程很慢、二天還沒修理好 沒有職員主動上前幫助拿行李

I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage on our own. It’s unclear if he had any advantage in doing so. We ended up putting our luggage back in the car ourselves while navigating several stairs at the entrance. While the female receptionist was helpful, the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the hotel was also concerning; I found a spider web above the bed, and the windows had clearly gone uncleaned for quite some time. It’s disheartening to see such a historic establishment being let down by its current staff. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

It's really classic hotel from outside to inside. If you really love the antique furnitures, you must love it. Hope the hotel can improve their modern facilities, such as USB adaptor, wifi and more electic socket in the room.

飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。

The 'Room Service' app was not very user friendly and it wasn't clear whether the order had gone through until it was delivered.

Beautiful heritage hotel. Friendly staff. Superior room is next to staircase (could be noisy) breakfast was excellent. Specious room. Shower pressure was pretty poor. Choice of set or a-la-cart. Close to theater and restaurants.

Sraff most courteous and efficient

We weren’t sure where to stay and lucked out with this beautiful grand hotel. It is showing a little wear here and there, but it is a timeless hotel. Our room was huge with very tall ceilings. The beds were comfy. The whole experience just felt grand. I’d stay again.

Courteous and efficient staff

Would choose a different option for breakfast. Farmgate and Turkish not the best.

We were supposed to get a bottle of wine as part of our gold membership of Expedia. That never eventuated. There was a kettle but no tea and coffee making items in the room. Reception was contacted but no response.

Although a beautiful and historic building, my partner and I unfortunately had issues with the services provided which definitely did not meet the reputation I thought this hotel had. I did however rate this more than 2 stars due to management taking any feedback on board which made me feel heard which I appreciate. I am hoping the services and communication from staff improve for those staying in the future.

The staff as always were excellent and very helpful from check-in to concierge, Manny deserves special mention and thanks from us. Our room was comfortable and we were near to everything we wanted to attend.
