The staff members were friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was clean and quiet. Perfect location with easy access to the botanical gardens and the city.Great coffe shops around.

It has been wonderful from the moment we set foot in here. Staff are friendly, it is clean, spacious, has good parking, and fantastic eating options next door. I would be careful of the bath which has a slight dip in it but we are highly impressed and willbe back.

My stay was great however I wanted a king bed not two twin mattresses together making it look like a king that was not mentioned on the site at all.

Nice property, I would recommend the following
Update the TV to allow streaming - TV would not show as option to stream even when on same wifi
My room was on level 1 - lacked privacy with trucks and even bike riders zooming past your bed and lounge window - maybe add 1 meter of frosting to the bottom of the window may be nice
Is no cleaning or towel replacement
Vert secure with Lots of cameras, feel like I was on big brother. :)

We liked the property. Very close to a lot of places e.g. botanic garden and transport—however 4 stars due to parking charges. I believe parking should be included in the room charges, which were higher than any other stay we had over a week-long road trip.
