非常舒适，只是离市中心商业区距离大概12澳元出租车程，刚好附近有开工，有一点噪音。

The apartment was a good size but it was dated and quite grubby. Staff were very pleasant and the location is good.

Furniture needs and update, and glass door needs repair as very difficult to open. Water leaks from shower onto bathroom floor making it unsafe. Unit was clean and tidy, services were good.

Kitchen is very basic in regards to dishes and no spare bowls at all Fridge was very large and excellent no jug to store fresh water in the fridge overall it was good and I would stay there again

Everything was perfect, staff most helpful, room spotless, parking brilliant, proximity to st Andrews hospital, sensational.

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Having access to two balconies was great as like many apartment blocks, windows are not able to be opened (due to safety regulations). Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment is a little dated but it is clean, safe and quiet. I've stayed in another apartment block nearby, and Summit is much nicer, cleaner and spacious. The car park is easy to access but it may take a while to find a space as the green hotel spaces are randomly spread throughout the carpark. Central train station and Brisbane CBD is a 10-15 minute walk away. I booked via Expedia so the staff did not see my message regarding our arrival time - it might be good to place a message on the Expedia booking confirmation to communicate with Summit directly rather than via Expedia. My only issue is there is only central ducted air conditioning with no temperature control in the apartment. We prefer a cooler temperature especially at night time but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot or humid during our visit.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. It was a nice little and very comfortable studio apartment. The parking was also great.

Very convenient for treatment at St Andrews Hospital . Property is showing some wear and tear but everything was neat and tidy in the room. Staff were friendly. Good to actually have someone manning the reception till 5pm but very easy access after hours. .

Very close to where I had to be “St Andrews Hospital. Helpful when I needed my car to park waiting for my wife to get out of hospital after the 10 o’clock check out. Lovely staff

Terrible, any photos of the pool area should be removed, hadn’t been there I’d say in over a year. No outside area, no pool, run down tennis court - refer to photons. Property is tied, needs painting, stained carpet, pins painting through in places. Would not recommend or stay again, lucky it was only for two nights. Catfishing but using current photos. Very disappointing evrn for te money paid.

We booked at the Summit due to its proximity to St Andrew’s Hospital. So convenient. The staff were fabulous.

After reading the reviews and the high rating for cleanliness I thought this would be a good value option. The room was dirty, floors hadn't been vaccumed or mopped and carpets were badly stained. Lots of mould in shower. Reception were very apologetic and gave us another room but it was the same, if we had time to find alternative accommodation we would have
