The apartment had the basics clean but the walls were not clean, vents were dusty with dust on the walls and ceiling outside the vent. When we arrived the room smelt like strong body odour and the apartment had an overall weird smell. The verandah doors had been slightly ajar to air the room. Overall the staff and check in and location was great but the actual room was a disappointment. The beds were clean, bathroom clean kitchen etc. the cleaners are obviously doing their jobs! I don't know why the room smelled so bad.

Parking was good, place was nice and clean. Property did have a few things not working like lights and fans in one bedroom.

I will not stay there again. Kitchen counters were sticky. Mould in the bathroom and dust and dirty ceiling. Cupboard sliding door could not open unless you lift it up to slide it. I could get much better accommodation for the same or better priced. I was not impressed and will not recommend it to anyone. It's really sad and have never had to give a bad review on accommodation before, but this was not up the standard for the price I paid.

Good location , close to the city and Suncorp stadium.

Staff was very helpful accommodating.

Room was a little rundown but ok, Shower however was probably the worst ive had at a hotel..

Parking easy & secure, place was clean, only problem was air con was very noisy . Had to turn it off . Lucky could opwn side to let air in.

Great views of beach, nice big balcony, clean room, strange smell in lift? Enjoyed two night stay, so stayed on for a third night. Would definitely stay there again.

Summit was what we expected and was exactly the accomodation we needed. The room had every thing we needed ad was clean while not being overpriced. The staff were friendly and always helpful.

Booking and checking in was easy. Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean as there was makes on the bed sheets, bed topper and gunky marks on the walls Couldn’t find a vacant guest car park for my standard height hilux. Had to wait till super late to get a parking in the out side parks

Room was great. Door was near elevator. People kept coming and going all night talking loud. Slamming doors. No sleep. Was terrible.

Friendly staff, very clean and a great central location. Safe undercover parking and easy to find shops/restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was a good size but it was dated and quite grubby. Staff were very pleasant and the location is good.

Furniture needs and update, and glass door needs repair as very difficult to open. Water leaks from shower onto bathroom floor making it unsafe. Unit was clean and tidy, services were good.

Kitchen is very basic in regards to dishes and no spare bowls at all Fridge was very large and excellent no jug to store fresh water in the fridge overall it was good and I would stay there again

Everything was perfect, staff most helpful, room spotless, parking brilliant, proximity to st Andrews hospital, sensational.

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Having access to two balconies was great as like many apartment blocks, windows are not able to be opened (due to safety regulations). Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment is a little dated but it is clean, safe and quiet. I've stayed in another apartment block nearby, and Summit is much nicer, cleaner and spacious. The car park is easy to access but it may take a while to find a space as the green hotel spaces are randomly spread throughout the carpark. Central train station and Brisbane CBD is a 10-15 minute walk away. I booked via Expedia so the staff did not see my message regarding our arrival time - it might be good to place a message on the Expedia booking confirmation to communicate with Summit directly rather than via Expedia. My only issue is there is only central ducted air conditioning with no temperature control in the apartment. We prefer a cooler temperature especially at night time but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot or humid during our visit.
