staff were very welcoming .. our room was clean, great view and amenities were handy.. we would stay again!

Comfy bed & good view from room to park

Line up out the door for check in. Had to move rooms in middle of the night as air conditioner stopped working, malfunction was something a mechanic had to fix. Had paid more for a city view and was moved to room facing another wall so was essentially downgraded. Returned our old key next day, car park wouldn’t work due to new key not being activated with the car park. Bathroom fan in the room we were moved to didn’t work and there’s no open windows therefore bathroom would be foggy and wet pretty sure there is water damage from it too. Just felt like was messed around the whole stay with not much of an apology from staff.

Although the staff was kind and courteous and helpful, the guest rooms in this hotel were painfully small, including tiny bathrooms, which made it hard for senior citizens to move around comfortably. Also our room clearly had not been painted recently, so this and other areas were in need of a new coat of paint. That said, it was reasonable for the price, but we would not be able to stay here again because of the space constraints. The staff was wonderful, in any case!

Well located, helpful staff but the rooms are compact and probably best suited to individual travellers, not couples. Access to Kings Park was excellent.

Staff were great but the rooms are very small and not conducive to a 5 night stay as no way of unpacking. Had to live out of a suitcase. Also breakfast was very uninspiring and almost identical every day. Had to make your own instant coffee or pay extra. Rooms not suited for anybody frail as the doors are so hrsbu

Close to Kings Park and right on the Purple Cat Line. The room and bathroom are small but for the cost it was fine. The only annoying thing was twice in one night someone set off the fire alarm with bathroom steam. Signs need to be more obvious of the risk of this happening and it also should be mentioned by person at front desk checking people in.
