Absolutely great hotel, staff reception kind, glad to help with needs, clean, quiet, close to Subiaco and CBD 👍

Khách sạn mới sạch đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng có cửa kính nhìn ra rất ok, tuy nhiên vị trí hơi xa khu trung tâm, đường đi gần khách sạn hơi tối. Phòng sạch sẽ có dịch vụ dọn phòng mỗi ngày nhưng thùng rác trong phòng khá nhỏ. Có một chút khó chịu vì nhân viên dọn phòng gõ cửa từ rất sớm, tầm 8h, nhưng mình báo lại hãy dọn phòng sau đó. Đến khi mình ra ngoài 2 lần vào buổi trưa và chiều, thời gian cũng khá lâu và mình có để bảng yêu cầu dọn phòng nhưng cả ngày hôm đó không có nhân viên dọn phòng cho mình. Ngoài ra thì mọi người đều rất thân thiện, mình rất hài lòng.

the room overall are good, I loved it! it us beautiful lifestyle design hotel. but the hospitality of the front office is not there at all! in the afternoon I asked their assistance to book a taxi or shuttle for us to the airport since we have early morning flight. In the evening after dinner when we asked have they book our taxi the girl said no she haven't book the taxi for us,while she was the one who spoke to us. how if we didn't do any confirmation? then we will have no taxi to the airport early morning. and the senior next to her he also didn't pay any attention while he was there as well in the afternoon. so I guess the guest satisfaction is not the priority?
