布罗德海滩超级酒店

整體不錯 位置方便到黃金海岸主要遊樂區， 自駕有車位提供，WiFi 穩定，有細泳池及熱水池，健身房Sauna ，燒烤爐都不錯，唯獨房間清潔主要需要靠自己，一條毛巾用上整個租期，沒有沖涼液，洗衣液及洗潔精用完要再問櫃位 但工作時間只是8am -5pm，需預早詢問，另外入住時廚房廚具不太乾淨，床單亦發現有血跡，能改變就完美

It’d better if they can provide the kitchen cleaning supplies and laundry supplies.

位置有点鸡肋，能看到海景，但距离远，看不清冲浪，浪费了价格

这次定的是海景四人房，非常非常满意的居住。整个房间面海，阳台有12米长，海滩就在眼跟前，下楼50米左右就到了。海滩非常干净，沙很细。人也不多。酒店附近就是公车站和最大的shopping mall. 闹中取静，交通方便。

面海的公寓酒店，非常舒適，面積有100平米，有客廳廚房和一個大陽台，坐西朝東，沒有西曬的問題，臥室也看的到海景，整體而言，是一個既精緻又舒適的酒店，非常喜歡！

WHICH IS VERY GOOD HOTEL

Comfortable and spacious apartment with beach views. Parking provided. Heated jacuzzi pool and swimming pool are nice. Well equiped kitchen for self catering. Near PF mall for supermarkets and restaurants.

Nice ocean view

Tv did not work, followed instructions and it wouldn’t work. Toilet kept running after flushing, had to press down on toilet button to stop it flushing. Great bed. Never had to take out my own rubbish at end of stay. Great location. One lift worked. Noisy construction (not hotels fault).

Beautiful views, excellent location, light and airy, very spacious apartment with comfy bed. Where it fell below expectation was the dated decor, cleanliness - clumps of dust and a pill on the floor beside the bed, the hairdryer is ancient (best bring your own) and not enough towels provided.

PRICEY AND UNCOMFORTABLE!! so heres me thinking I'm going to spoil my mrs with a romantic kid free night away. Everything was going to plan arrived checked in the hotel is amazing absolutely breath taking.I walk her in our room my wife is in love with it all. We quickly get changed and go down to the spa. The spa is to die for so good.We get back up to our room to find a cockroach on our bed. Bedore i could take a photo it ran under the bed. I tried to chase it and when i looked under the bed omg theres dust that thick its nearly touching the bottom of the bed.So naturally my wife is now disgusted that theres cockroaches going to be crawling all over her and me while we are sleeping.The dining chairs are flaking that bad when you pull them out to sit on all the material is stuck to your hands to the point you need to wash them but your unable to use the chairs unless you enjoy having all that stuck to your hands. The shower definitely waant the best either water goes everywhere.My wifes already uncomfortable over the cockroaches and unable to rest properly and theres this massive rock hard bar right in the middle of the bed. My wife and i love to snuggle into one another this couldnt happen unless we were sunk in a massive hole on one side of the bed with my wife still on the bar.After a long uncomfortable sleepless night we check out and informed the staff who replied with "thankyou see you again" I replied "no you wont" Dont waste your money here theres better and cheaper

6回目のゴールドコースト滞在で今までで1番いいコンドミニアムでした。部屋も広く清潔でシャワーの水圧も強くバスタブにお湯を貯めることもできました。プールエリアが少し遠いですがジャグジーは冬でもとても暖かく10分くらい入ってると汗が出てくるので露天風呂気分でした。フロントの方は英語が上手く話せない私に親身になってくれ午前中に部屋にも入れるようにしてくれました。次もここに泊まりたいとおもいます。

Fantastic

Apartment was in a clean condition, showing its age a little in sime areas. Parking was easy and stress free. Noise was an issue as another building is being constructed in front if the Apartment and noise frim 7am woke us up each day. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. Local restaurants and shopping was great

My family and I had an amazing time. Our room was perfect with a lovely view of the beach. Soft beds and clean bathrooms. Great kitchen and utensils. We loved the gym and outdoor spa and pool. We stayed across the road from Pacific Fair which was very convenient. We would certainly come back. Thank you for the memories.

This property was not reflective of the advertised photos. In fact, as a far as I can tell, there was only one photo from the apartment used. The apartment was in a poor state with a decent amount of maintenance required. Stains on carpets, chipped walls, dirty toaster/appliances. Can only assume the high rating is for the location, which was ideal. The management of the building didn’t want to hear from us and am still waiting for …”the manager will give you a call when they are in”. We were on the 11th floor and they are building a new apartment building directly in front of Ultra. When we booked we were assured we would have an apartment on floors 20-30. This was a blatant lie. Any view less than 20 floors won’t have a direct view to the beach when the current construction is completed.

This property was amazing for a family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom apartment an it was more than big enough. Close to all the places you want to be .. Would highly recommend it..
