nice staff , very helpful on a earlier checkin , clean , cosy , great location , cant complain at all !

房間實際遠比圖片中小 比較像青年旅舍 只有三層高 水龍頭水很弱 男人站在水龍頭下三十秒頭不一定可以完全濕 房間清潔後不會關門 任何人都可以進入我的房間 只值一百美元內可考慮 超過一百美元就選其他吧

房間較細小，整體就顯得有壓迫感，下次不會選擇它了，員工的服亦只是一般。

really nice hotel loacted at city centre, walking distance to Central station. And really nice service and house keeping.

It took relatively long to be checked-in (I was the only customer in the whole lobby). Entering the room, I saw a fan beside the bed. I immediately checked the air-conditioner and I was right - it was not working. Room changed upon request. Room very small. Not even enough space for two luggages.

地點很好, 交通方便 , 服務人員非常nice, 環境也算乾淨 。 但電梯很可怕, 常常要關好幾次才關起來, 而且電梯聲音很大, 感覺電梯該換了 。 另外, 淋浴間沒有可放盥洗用具的地方 , 只好把瓶罐罐放地上。

離地鐵站很近，附近有central station 及museum station，如果不想搭火車時太擠，可選擇museum staion搭車，避開人潮。 飯店房間乾淨整潔，床及枕頭都很舒適，可是洗澡淋浴時，如果水持續開太久，地板的水會從淋浴間溢出來，要注意一下。 其他飯店服務都很周全，喜歡。

We stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Comfy Queen room, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing overall. From the start, there were multiple issues in the room—the TV didn’t work on the first night, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the cup provided was dirty and clearly hadn’t been replaced after the previous guest. On the first night, our TV didn’t work. A lovely receptionist came up and tried to fix it but wasn’t able to, and advised that maintenance would need to look at it the following day. The next morning, the curtain rail then fell down. We reported this to staff and it was fixed, however drill dust was left all over the room afterwards. We raised this again with reception and were told the room would receive a deep clean the next day—but this never happened. Due to a late flight, we paid extra to use a Micro Double room for an additional night. Ironically, the bed in this room felt bigger than the queen we had originally booked. The overall cleanliness of the hotel really let it down for us. As shown in the photos, there was a thick layer of dust on the bed area, suggesting the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for quite some time. The only positives were the comfortable beds and the friendly staff, who did try to help where they could. However, due to the repeated issues and lack of cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would advise others to look elsewhere. I wish I had listened to the reviews before I booked.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Very convenient location.

The staff were very nice and helpful. However, that’s where the positives finished. The building and rooms need a deep clean and much needed maintenance. My room was so small, it felt uncomfortable to stay there. My room was only half cleaned on the second day, with a couple of towels placed on an unmade bed. No tea or milk replenished, I had to let reception know this needed attention. When I returned, a quick attempt was made, still no milk and two selection of tea bags, peppermint and lemon & ginger, which I hate. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again, very disappointing!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well set up. Staff courteous and helpful.

I really enjoyed my 2 day escape. Even though my room was small, it was well organised and had everything you'd need for a small stay. Will stay again.

Veriu was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was so comfy and the block out curtains were great. There are great places to eat close by and it is a short walk to central station.

Easy walk to George St or Oxford St buses outside for Bondi.
