Location: great Room: the bed is facing directly to the front door so it’s so bright at night. Very clean tho. The design of the shower is weird. Bathroom will entirely wet after shower. Services: a receptionist called Lisa

The family room was exactly what we needed

Location is near transit & main attractions of Sydney. The breakfast was good and near other restaurants as well.

Convenient location - welcoming staff and great rooms!

Do not pay for parking through the property if staying over the weekend. Parking was $45 if paid direct but if paid via the hotel they charge $78. They also would not provide 1hr late check out, without fee of $30. Check in staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked about the stairs to level 9 as the lift stops at level 8. Bathroom was moldy, and carpets had stains and rips. The furniture in the sitting area near reception is worn out. The only benefit is the room configuration is suitable for families, (king and 2 single beds) which is rare in Sydney CBD.

There is nothing VIP access about this property. The room was dark and small and I was even given a room which was much smaller than the photos on the advertisement at first. Shocking. The staff were friendly and nice and the location is good but the room was worn out, dark and cold.

A great centrally located hotel with parking across the road and fine dining in a very reasonably priced restaurant with good service and excellent wine selection.Thoroughly recommend

Perfect for a single night stay

Nice location. But the bathroom tub was slippery, so I had to be careful not to fall. Internet was slow.

We requested a one hour late check out after a 3 night $1000 stay and were told it would be $30 per hour. The staff would not even consider that it might be a good idea to allow a complementary late checkout to drive repeat business - they just dismissed the request. I’ve stayed here frequently for work but won’t again - if i was a manager I’d be focused on retention rather than a $30 late checkout fee. Very short sighted. The pool area was occupied all afternoon by a couple who were smoking and didn’t seem to care that it was a non smoking hotel or that kids wanted a swim - nobody moved them on. The sauna was non operational. The bathroom had mould. Overall not great value for the price. Good central location though.

good location and excellent staff but the rooms are pretty run down.

A shame the pool was closed on this visit without prior warning or compensation but usually really excellent!

The perfect hotel in the Surry Hills area

It was a pleasurable stay at Vibe Sydney - spacious comfortable room, quiet in a corner room on level 2. Only note for improvement is insufficient staff on the service desk, only one person, even at peak times.

Clean, quiet, easy check in, easy walking to restaurants

Property was very clean and chic. Rooms were clean and new, with comfortable furnishings. One minor issue was the toilet was installed close to the wall and we kept hitting the toilet paper holder with our legs. The hotel breakfast is very good. Although the hotel is not in the center of CBD, it is very walkable and within close proximity to trains and public transport.
