The view from my room was amazing. The hotel location was perfect! I had access to the train station about a minute walk and cabs came quickly when ordered. The surrounding area was incredible. I could have stayed put and still enjoyed Sydney and not missed anything! I was able to walk to the Harbour for a spectacular view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge! I’d recommend this hotel mostly because of the staff they were all so kind and very accommodating. This hotel is definitely one in a million because of the staff! Thank you for one of the most amazing stays!!!

One bed cover was stained by moisture likely fungus of twin beds.
One shower towel was red cotton on I thought was blood.

The view from my room was amazing. The hotel location was perfect! I had access to the train station about a minute walk and cabs came quickly when ordered. The surrounding area was incredible. The rumbling noise and shaking from the trains below the hotel was terrible. I finally got to sleep around 1am and was awoken from 4.30am onwards - I tried a white noise app which could not drown out the noise and did nothing for the rumbling movements. I was going to conduct a teleconference until noon but ended up checking out at 5.30am to drive the 2 hours home. I was also informed I would get a free bottle if wine as an Expedia VIP but was offered nothing. A waste of $200 - very disappointed.

Room is small for a family with baby. Good view from the room. In room food service is terrible. No taste for the dinner we ordered and way too salty for the breakfast given everything is pre made like hash brown/bacon/sausage

The view from the room is stunning. But the condition of the room is just ok. Needs to improve on soundproof for the room. There are all different types of noise can be heard in my room. The noise from trains, the noise from neighbours flushing toilet, the noise from the lifts, the noise from neighbours coughing, the noise from the shower pipe.

The hotel views, breakfast, and staff are excellent. The room wasnt quite prepared in line with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
