Every aspect of the stay was exceptional. Great check in, super helpful staff, breakfast was excellent, superb location, spacious room and I could go on and on.

The room was very clean and well presented, it was a very functional room despite not being super big! All the staff were very lovely and helpful! The hotel itself is in a very good location, very close to the mall and a walkable distance to most other things. We really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel holds great promise. Some really great personell in the reception (Quentin) and tentative staff at breakfast. Cleaning staff is however going to make this really great place fall. I hope you guys are able to get that fixed.
Hotel is in the middle of the city and perfect for getting around almost anywhere, 5 -10 min walk to shopping, china town, small quick eat restaurants etc.
I would recommend it to anyone but I would caution for them to double check the cleaning of the room( the glasses were not properly washed).
While everything appeared clean for now there are signs of decay of certain parts of the hotel if not soon maintained.

I was not happy with the service and the place is minimal and below what I had with other places I stayed. One thing I cannot get over is, the service is horrible and I paid to be treated like I steal from them. That is worst part.

チェックインの時から、スタッフの対応は親切で臨機応変で良かったです。朝到着便だったので、ホテルには9時過ぎに到着しました。荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思っていたら、部屋がすでに用意できていたらしく、すぐチェックインさせてもらえました。雨が降っていた朝だったので、部屋で休憩したり身支度を整えたりできて、本当に助かりました。ホテルのロケーションが大変便利な所にあるので、どこに行くにも楽でした。
残念な点は、シャワーオンリーの部屋であったことです。部屋の掃除はあまり徹底されてませんでした。ミネラルウォーターのサービスがあると嬉しかったです。
