Good location. Good breakfast.

Excellent stay in the city. Breakfast was one of the best we have had, plenty to choose from and very fresh.

The service by the staff was faultless! The room was clean and spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view was gorgeous.The complimentary toiletries were a lovely touch and smelled divine! The entire hotel was spotless. Room service was fast and the menu had options for all tastes. Having access to a water bottle filling station on floor 6 (all hours) was appreciated. Valet parking was an excellent price, and accessing the car was arranged quickly and easily. Our entire stay was enjoyable and I very much look forward to staying here again.

The bathroom was the highlight of our room, very clean and modern. Our room was tiny, we took the ironing board out of the cupboard so we could hang a few clothes up, could only fit 3 hangers. The website makes this hotel look a lot nicer than it is. It’s quite dark inside the public areas. The hallway carpet was very dirty looking. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. The seating outside was filthy and stained and some tiles on the small unheated pool were missing. We usually stay next door at Brady apartments and wish we had. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are so many great eateries around. The only positive is it’s so convent for shopping with laneways and the main cbd 2 minutes walk.

Every aspect of the stay was exceptional. Great check in, super helpful staff, breakfast was excellent, superb location, spacious room and I could go on and on.

The room was very clean and well presented, it was a very functional room despite not being super big! All the staff were very lovely and helpful! The hotel itself is in a very good location, very close to the mall and a walkable distance to most other things. We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff were attentive and courteous. Quentin on reception was exceptional.

Rooms on smallish side. Comfortable and modern enough. Staff attentive and friendly.

This hotel holds great promise. Some really great personell in the reception (Quentin) and tentative staff at breakfast. Cleaning staff is however going to make this really great place fall. I hope you guys are able to get that fixed. Hotel is in the middle of the city and perfect for getting around almost anywhere, 5 -10 min walk to shopping, china town, small quick eat restaurants etc. I would recommend it to anyone but I would caution for them to double check the cleaning of the room( the glasses were not properly washed). While everything appeared clean for now there are signs of decay of certain parts of the hotel if not soon maintained.
