舒適乾淨. 我們訂的有廚房, 洗碗機, 洗衣機, 烘衣機, 非常方便.

位置不錯，鄰近火車站及多線電車站。房間頗新，設施和設備也齊全。一樓的共享空間很大，泳池也很漂亮，不過這次天氣冷，未能試用

房間大又乾淨，兩套衛浴還有洗乾衣機，廚具齊全又整理乾淨整潔，是在墨爾本短租自己開伙的好選擇，非常高興能在溫德姆度過愉快的假期

整體都非常好，唯獨煮食㷛有欠缺。

房間有簡易廚房與洗脫烘衣機很不錯 適合長期居住的旅客 出來街道靠近咖啡巷交通便利

地點適中,附近皆有咖啡廳/餐廳/商店/tram,於free tram zone內。短暫步行可達China town/CBD,又可避開熱鬧的街區。 客房公共空間沒有預期的大,但廚具設備一應俱全。房間內空間則略小。健身房和交誼空間很寬敞。整體住宿滿意。

地理位置，舒适度都非常满意～

The staff is well trained to look after all your needs. They are friendly, attentive and work with heart. The 2-bedroom apartment is very clean, new and cozy. You can have everything you need including the kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothes dryer, dish washer, etc. The environment is safe and quiet at night time so we can always have good sleep. We took the Skybus from the airport to Southern Cross Station and then walk 8 mins to this hotel. It's very accessible. The China town is just few steps away.

The hotel is nice and clean. I will give 8/10 to it. First, the location is perfect where you can go to the main location within 20 mins walk and the tram station is nearby. The pharmacy and supermarket is easy to find in the neighborhood. For the room, we stayed in standard two bedroom apartment. It is clean and big. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including the dishwasher, microwave, seasonings, cooking equipment, etc.. There also a terrace in the room. However, there is no free wifi. I feel disappointed about this. Also, only 1 air conditioner in the living room so the rooms are stuffy. And only few plug in the rooms. For the laundry, it located on 2-4/F where you need to go the 1/F to change the specific lift to go. It is a little bit inconvenient. Actually this is not a hotel at all. It is a apartment where the local people live here too. So not all the rooms are belong to Wyndham Hotel.

Very comfortable beds and clean toilets, that's all we need from a hotel. The position of the hotel is very central and close to a few free tram stations. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Melbourne.

行5分鐘就有巴士站, 超市好大間, 好方便。另行5分鐘有泳池，好正。房內廚房設備齊全，我地住2房單位，全屋都好大，有洗衣及乾衣房，相當方便。周邊環境好乾淨。令人有好舒服的感覺。

Nice hotel with gym facilities and library. High security during night time as well and need card access. Free portable wifi inside the top of the refrigerator. There is a balcony for sightseeing as well.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is centrally located within the free tram zone area, there are 2 tram stops within 2min walking. You can walk to the southern cross station within 10 minutes. However, the air conditioner in our apartment was broken but service was quick, they fixed it the next day morning. You can wash and dry your clothes for free at the laundry room. The only thing I'd like them to improve is to provide free wifi.

總體而言，酒店地段方便，有機會可以再入住

服务有问题，因为航班原因带老人，小孩，半夜1点多才入住酒店，登记时已经说了，被允许12点退房，但10点多的时候仍被催促退房，也就是说在酒店呆了9小时即被要求退房。而且房间没有wifi。

酒店地点不错，就在市中心。我们预订的套间，有两间房间，一间双床，一间大床，还有客厅、厨房和阳台。装修风格很舒适，和照片上的一致，很有家的感觉！性价比超高！此外服务非常好，我们离店时，酒店前台的服务员主动帮我们把行李放上车，因为我们租车自驾游，刚取车，还不怎么懂得使用，雨刮器一直摆个不停，GPS也不懂得怎么安装，那个服务生都帮我们一一解决，非常nice!

酒店出门向东一直走就是唐人街，到达中心闹市区很方便，向北走800米就是维多利亚女王市场，地理位置很便利，就是房间客房有点小，双卧室房的洗手间也不大，总体来说还是推荐

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is great (walking distance from Southern Cross Station ), many restaurants and stores nearby. The room is clean and the hotel staffs are very helpful. I had a very good experience there.

Room is very spacious and clean. It has a super convenient location and easy to access the tourist points in the city We requested an early check in by email but could get the reply from hotel before arrival. hotel receptionist didn't show their care or any empathy of our tiredness even we arrived in early morning at 7am. Hotel receptionist didn't offer any suggestions of place to go or coffee shop nearby but strictly told us check in time at 2pm. we finally got the room at 2:30pm. I could not feel I'm warmly welcomed by the hotel.
