中規中矩的好飯店，適切的服務與配置，很好的地點。近中午到飯店，立刻給進房間，十分感謝。因為是老飯店，部分房間出了電梯要爬幾個台階，提大行了李稍稍費力，但也不算大問題。早餐很豐富精緻，蛋料理要另點，一人可點一份。

A special hotel with mid-century feel. All sightseeing spots are very close and can walk there in a few minutes. The breakfast is so delicious with traditional Salzburg food.
The service is great and you can book ticket or local tours in the front desk.

Located on Linzegasse very closed to Schloss Mirabell and Altstadt of Salzburg. The hotel has a history of over 700 years which brought about somewhat mysterious atmosphere. There is a courtyard on the 4th floor which leads to the mountain trail. Breakfast so so.

酒店在步行街，附近有很多商店，與莫扎特館距離相當近，與Hbf車站距離不用7分鐘車程，十分方便。沿路行到主要景點也只需20-30分鐘的步行路徑，可以一路欣賞景色。客戶非常乾淨，服務員非常親切友善，也會主動關心客人的旅程和心情。不過由於我訂的是3人房，房間內只提供2人用品，住宿也是2人房間，加床使空間非常狹窄，十分不方便。早餐食物可以，用膳時十分清靜，非常好。

The room is good. We took 10-15 minutes waiting for reception, however, to look for our reservation.
It's located on a pedestrian-only street, and there's quite a few stairs to the elevator. May be a bit difficult for those with some luggages.

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. Room was clean and very comfortable. A bit warm but the oscillating tower fan was great for sleeping. Breakfast was a nice, traditional European breakfast. Recommend if you want to be in the heart of the old world atmosphere with great views of the castle and churches.

A gem! Location was perfect. Room was spacious(by European standards) and sparkly clean. There was even a stand fan in the room, which I appreciated since the temps were in 30+ C range.

Modern room in an historic building. The location was perfect—a short walk to the market area, the Cathedral, the Fortress, Mirabell Gardens. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the staff was very helpful!

The place is located perfectly, for a tourist. If you have a car, you need to park it about 500m in a parking house. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning, which can make the room too hot at the summer.
Breakfasts is well, and the their restaurant are making pleasant food.

Have stayed here several times for the Salzburg Festival. In the middle of town but very quiet. Good sized rooms. Good breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Recommended.

Great walkable location. Comfortable quiet rooms and friendly staff. The included breakfast offered a good selection. Our room was off a floor the elevator serviced which was helpful with our luggage. Some rooms will have to be accessed by stairs if in-between which would have been inconvenient.
