酒店在步行街，附近有很多商店，與莫扎特館距離相當近，與Hbf車站距離不用7分鐘車程，十分方便。沿路行到主要景點也只需20-30分鐘的步行路徑，可以一路欣賞景色。客戶非常乾淨，服務員非常親切友善，也會主動關心客人的旅程和心情。不過由於我訂的是3人房，房間內只提供2人用品，住宿也是2人房間，加床使空間非常狹窄，十分不方便。早餐食物可以，用膳時十分清靜，非常好。

中規中矩的好飯店，適切的服務與配置，很好的地點。近中午到飯店，立刻給進房間，十分感謝。因為是老飯店，部分房間出了電梯要爬幾個台階，提大行了李稍稍費力，但也不算大問題。早餐很豐富精緻，蛋料理要另點，一人可點一份。

The room is good. We took 10-15 minutes waiting for reception, however, to look for our reservation. It's located on a pedestrian-only street, and there's quite a few stairs to the elevator. May be a bit difficult for those with some luggages.

A special hotel with mid-century feel. All sightseeing spots are very close and can walk there in a few minutes. The breakfast is so delicious with traditional Salzburg food. The service is great and you can book ticket or local tours in the front desk.

Located on Linzegasse very closed to Schloss Mirabell and Altstadt of Salzburg. The hotel has a history of over 700 years which brought about somewhat mysterious atmosphere. There is a courtyard on the 4th floor which leads to the mountain trail. Breakfast so so.

Excellent hotel, not only a hotel but also an outstanding place to spend our family's stay in Salzburg. Definitely we will come back again.

Väldigt trevligt rum. Gemytligt hotell i bästa läget.

This is such a cool hotel… right on the mall with gorgeous shops surrounding. Restaurant and bar located downstairs. We stayed on a Friday night and it was so loud… people screaming until 3 am from the bar… then street cleaners on the street. Too bad because the hotel itself is really exceptional and the family apartment was perfect.

Nice room but a bit small. Room was too hot. Had to leave window open all night (it was December). Had an ice machine but no buckets for the rooms. Had to borrow one from the restaurant but they didn't seem happy to loan it.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and hotel is at an amazing location in Salzburg!

Great location, near the old town! The rooms were very spacious and immaculate! Would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Salzburg!

Beautiful centrally located hotel in the pedestrian zone of Salzburg. Quirky old hotel with super features. Our room was fantastic for a family of 4- we were just three.two bathrooms one was huge!! Kitchen well equipped although we would have liked a kettle to boil water for our tea! Although There was a fancy coffee machine Beds super comfy. Great location walking distance to old town. Loved it would highly recommend.

I can sum it up in one word: Gemütlichkeit! The hotel is charming and quaint. Breakfast was great! Location is optimal; it’s near lots of restaurants, die Alte Stadt and on a pedestrian street with shopping. Our room was clean and quiet, and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will be returning at Christmas time!
