[優點] 床墊明顯很新，軟硬適中。 地毯很新沒有任何污漬或氣味。 早餐很棒，落地窗看出去是高爾夫球場地。 枕頭直接附上一大一小，很棒。 [缺點] 歐洲淋浴的玻璃隔門總是讓水噴一地。 最近的車站走路要近1公里，但叫車很方便。

挨着高尔夫球场，晚上很安静

很安靜且舒服，離地鐵站有點距離大約走路十五分鐘，附近沒有什麼餐廳是比較可惜的地方。

櫃檯服務態度佳, 步行10分鐘可搭tram

The receiption give us wrong check-in data and they said Hotel.com did not send them confirmation. They offer us up-grade room but it is should not happen in a 4 starts hotel.

Free parking is the main reason we choose this hotel. The receiption is not friendly.

War ein toller Aufenthalt Alles war wunderbar

Rooms was brilliant, good breakfast and outside of the hotel could use a face lift. Quiet area.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer Kostenloser Parkplatz

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels war praktisch und das Personal war größtenteils freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, könnte aber besser gepflegt werden. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel, jedoch hätte die Auswahl größer sein können. Leider war es teilweise etwas laut, und der Komfort entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es in dieser Preisklasse sicherlich noch bessere Alternativen.

Cafe da manhã bom. Bar excelente, quarto amplo e limpo. Um ótimo hotel.

The room and the property are fine. The issues we had was that I booked two nights in a row in 2 different reservations and highlighted that to the staff, who was polite but somehow did not program the key correctly. On the second day we went out, the key did not work. We had to go back to reception to re-program the key. When we got back in, the room was not made (we mainly just need a couple of towels). We called down and the a staff delivered the towels. But at 3 pm, someone tried to clean the room, by knocking on the door and immediately used their access key to open the door when we were taking a nap. I think the team did not communicate well with each other and things are not streamlined properly.

Frühstück Auswahl sehr gut. Qualität der Croissants, Semmeln und Breznstangen könnte besser sein (wohl alles Aufbackware ?). Cappuccino in vergleichbaren Hotels mit demselben Vollautomaten lieferten bessere Ergebnisse.

Always stay at this hotel when in Vienna . Friendly helpful staff , decent breakfast in a lovely restaurant. Train station just around the corner straight to the old town .
