[優點] 床墊明顯很新，軟硬適中。 地毯很新沒有任何污漬或氣味。 早餐很棒，落地窗看出去是高爾夫球場地。 枕頭直接附上一大一小，很棒。 [缺點] 歐洲淋浴的玻璃隔門總是讓水噴一地。 最近的車站走路要近1公里，但叫車很方便。

很安靜且舒服，離地鐵站有點距離大約走路十五分鐘，附近沒有什麼餐廳是比較可惜的地方。

櫃檯服務態度佳, 步行10分鐘可搭tram

The receiption give us wrong check-in data and they said Hotel.com did not send them confirmation. They offer us up-grade room but it is should not happen in a 4 starts hotel.

Free parking is the main reason we choose this hotel. The receiption is not friendly.

Im Zimmer war es bei unserem Eintreffen SAUKALT. Die Heizung war komplett abgedreht: der Radiator stand auf NULL, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wir haben den Radiator aufgedreht und er erwärmte sich. Aber: wie wir um 23 Uhr zurückkehren ist wieder alles kalt. Unmöglich!

Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel was clean and overall a good stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, and slippers to be available in the room — but even upon request, they were not provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but public transport access is reasonably good.*

The room was spotless and spacious. The food was great and so was the service. My only negative was the internet was very slow and I relied on my eSim travel for better bandwidth
