離地鐵站(vorgartenstraße)大概5分鐘路程，地鐵站(vorgartenstraße)位於市中心史蒂芬教堂(stephansplatz)才4站，櫃檯和清潔阿姨都非常友善，房間清潔及整理很用心。洗澡設備有點故障但不影響整體使用，水夠熱。

單人房衛浴設備殘破且積水無法親自排除。 因價格因素在網站上兩晚分開預定，check-in時有答應不用換房間，但隔天中午卻有很兇且不會講英文的人員直接敲門進房要求check-out，嚴重影響住宿心情，希望能改善。

プラーター公園へ行く日に一泊しました。ミニキッチン付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、広くて清潔で申し分ないです。鍋やフライパン、お皿、電子レンジ、ポットなど調理に必要な道具はある程度揃っていて簡単に使わせていただきました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けたかったのですが、宿泊者が自由に出入りできる玄関近くの小部屋へ各自で置いておくスタイルでした。

Everything was fine except the shower is a disaster. There is no door or curtain and you can’t use the shower without the floor getting completely soaked.

Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.

Many thanks to the staff for taking care of my luggage the few days im away from Vienna. Apart from the trash bin lid that’s not working in the room, everything is in good condition

Good pricing; close to where I wanted to go

I would definately stay there again. The properry was professional. Clean quiet. Staff was excellent and the service were wonderful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception and hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was clean and tidy, and my room was well-maintained with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Breakfast offered a very good variety, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, and the location is quite convenient — within reach of the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. That said, the room itself was significantly smaller than expected. I had anticipated a queen-size bed, but the room came with a small single bed, which was a bit of a letdown in terms of comfort. In general, it's a good value for the money, but with a few improvements, especially regarding room size and bed options, it could offer a much better experience

It's conveniently located near grocery stores & metro. I enjoyed walking so I don't mind walking while sightseeing along the way. The front desk is always staffed & helpful. There's a fridge & percolator that's perfect for making my own coffee. Although they offer breakfast but at 18€ per day, I preferred getting my own food from nearby grocery stores that sell ready made sandwiches & salads, etc. I'd come back to this hotel again.

La habitación, bien de tamaño, a pesar de ser individual, aunque no me gustó que la cama estuviese pegada a la pared. Habitación limpia, desayuno con bastantes opciones y variedad. El personal muy amable.

This location was great for accessing public transport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There wasn't a huge amount of floor space for big luggage but I managed ok.

Comfortable std twin bed room, non std pillows, with empty bar fridge to put your drinks in. Decent clean modern bathroom. Value for money stay.

Only stayed 1 night.

Location & accomodation good, staff excellent.
