The whole experience was genuinely outstanding. Our room was spacious, absolutely spotless and well appointed - with a fantastic view of St Stephan's Cathedral. The staff were friendly, helpful and could not have done anything better. Breakfast is worth booking with plenty of choices - all of a very high standard. We will be staying at this hotel again in December when we come to visit the Christmas Markets. Thank you everyone at the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz for making our first visit to Vienna so special.

' Someone watched the TV while I am not around and out
The TV remote is in the box,、When I returned to the room, the TV remote was on the table。Coffee cup is not replaced，Hair in the cup。tissue paper on washbasin，After talking to the service staff，They just apologized and gave 3 chocolates，I don't care about chocolate，Just hope they can do better。

This is a very small hotel but in a great location. Very convenient to stores, museums and great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had an incredible view of the Stephansplatz. The staff was attentive and helpful.
