真的是太讚了！！地理位置優越、酒店安全管理、服務好到不得了。我沒有想到是六星級的服務！！

服務非常好，窗外正對著教堂，門口就有地鐵站，交通非常方便，附近也是一個逛街非常方便的地方，總之就是一個非常棒的飯店，我會向人推薦他

方便，在市中心，地標就在眼前，樓下地鐵站，週邊食店，商店多 選擇。酒店房非常大， 非常乾淨光猛。

' Someone watched the TV while I am not around and out The TV remote is in the box,、When I returned to the room, the TV remote was on the table。Coffee cup is not replaced，Hair in the cup。tissue paper on washbasin，After talking to the service staff，They just apologized and gave 3 chocolates，I don't care about chocolate，Just hope they can do better。

雖然是4星級的飯店、但是裡面的設備超級先進的。房間很大。Mini bar全是免費。真的是物超所值。非常棒的飯店。服務人員都非常好。

The location is excellent, shopping and nice restaurants nearby. Staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and modern. Highly recommend.

位市中心，地鐵站在旁邊，位置極佳。房間設備齊全，寬敞，乾淨。工作人員親切貼心。早餐很不錯。

鄰近維也納地鐵史蒂芬廣場站,飯店服務人員的英文非常好,也非常熱心協助旅客相關事項.住宿期間恰逢太太生日,雖然沒有特別告知,但在當日的早餐卻有一個意外的驚喜蛋糕....房間的擺設也相當舒服,設備優良,wifi很順!!早餐很棒

The hotel is in such a beautiful spot, where practically everything you should wish to see is in walking distance. The Staff are very professional and assisted us with all of our questions and provided us with helpful information. Our room was cleaned when requested to a high standard. The breakfast caters for all diets and was delicious. There are shops, cafes literally next door to the Hotel. The Metro and bus stops are literally a few hundred yards away. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Berlin.

Superbly located, this is a great hotel for tourists visiting Vienna. Reception staff very pleasant and efficient. Breakfasts first class, good choice and great cooked to order options. Had to ask for 'bath sheet' sized towels, which we shouldn't have had to, at a hotel of this calibre.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz. The staff were incredible — so friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. They really went out of their way to make sure our time in Vienna was special, and we felt so well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and with so many choices. It quickly became something we looked forward to each morning. The location couldn’t be better. Being right next to St. Stephen’s Cathedral meant we were in the heart of the city, with so many attractions, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. This hotel truly made our trip memorable. We’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
