位置極度方便，酒店佈局合理且沶亮，工作人員表現都非常有禮貌

服務非常好，窗外正對著教堂，門口就有地鐵站，交通非常方便，附近也是一個逛街非常方便的地方，總之就是一個非常棒的飯店，我會向人推薦他

方便，在市中心，地標就在眼前，樓下地鐵站，週邊食店，商店多 選擇。酒店房非常大， 非常乾淨光猛。

' Someone watched the TV while I am not around and out The TV remote is in the box,、When I returned to the room, the TV remote was on the table。Coffee cup is not replaced，Hair in the cup。tissue paper on washbasin，After talking to the service staff，They just apologized and gave 3 chocolates，I don't care about chocolate，Just hope they can do better。

雖然是4星級的飯店、但是裡面的設備超級先進的。房間很大。Mini bar全是免費。真的是物超所值。非常棒的飯店。服務人員都非常好。

The location is excellent, shopping and nice restaurants nearby. Staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and modern. Highly recommend.

位市中心，地鐵站在旁邊，位置極佳。房間設備齊全，寬敞，乾淨。工作人員親切貼心。早餐很不錯。

鄰近維也納地鐵史蒂芬廣場站,飯店服務人員的英文非常好,也非常熱心協助旅客相關事項.住宿期間恰逢太太生日,雖然沒有特別告知,但在當日的早餐卻有一個意外的驚喜蛋糕....房間的擺設也相當舒服,設備優良,wifi很順!!早餐很棒

This was an amazing hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. There is complementary champagne when you arrive, the mini bar is feee and is replenished each day, and they have an amazing breakfast that is included with your stay. We did not realize the hotel also has shuttle service from the airport as well. I would come back and stay here again

호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 최고의 위치에 있습니다. 다른 사람에게도 추천 할 것이며, 제가 다시 비엔나를 가게 되면 저는 그곳에 다시 머물 것입니다. 5일 동안 숙박했는데 호텔직원들은 제가 메세지로 부탁한 모든것을 다 들어 주었고 직원들도 너무 친절하였으며 미리 미리 준비가 다 잘 돼 있었습니다 아침에 조식 식당은 성당이 마주 보이는 곳에서 너무 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 레스토랑 직원들도 잘 챙겨 주었고 모든 분들에게 감사하고 이호텔은 최고입니다.

Everything was perfect - the location is central, our suite was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was first rate, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
