Overall, it felt like a slightly upgraded hostel. There was no water heater in the room, the AC wasn't very cold, and the towel I got on the first day was actually dirty—it had hair and yellow stains on it. Plus, the housekeeping was sloppy; they didn't replace all the bathroom towels with fresh ones and even left the used ones behind. Location-wise, it's not great; it takes a 30-minute bus ride to get downtown, and there aren't many good food options around. All in all, aside from the fact that it felt relatively safe, I think there is a lot of room for improvement.

When I arrived it took a little while to get checked in as there was a line and only one guy working, but he was very kind and helpful and did a good job. The room was also clean and the bed was very comfortable.

arrived at the hotel and unfortunately the experience started very poorly. The person at the front desk clearly seemed like they did not want to be there. I was ignored for several minutes, and when I was finally acknowledged, the service was rude and unprofessional.
What made the stay even more frustrating was the housekeeping service. On Sunday, after being out the entire day, I returned to my room around 4:30 PM only to find housekeeping wanting to clean the room at 4:32 PM. I honestly could not understand this. The staff had the entire day to service the room, yet they attempted to do it late in the afternoon when guests are typically returning to rest.
Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor timing made the experience disappointing.

The elevator to the hotel room was stupid. We came back to the hotel to be met with a coach load being dropped off and only one elevator would come down at a time. The air con in the room was not working. The bed was comfy. The room was immaculate. Staff were polite and helpful. Coffee however was 3 euros for half a cup. There’s a Mcd down the street just go there and leave the hotel coffee be. Overall not the worst I’ve stayed in but I will not be staying here again as it was just not enjoyable.

Tilava ja siisti huone. Jääkaappi olisi ollut kiva mutta se puuttui. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen huone. Hyvä aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli vähän syrjässä. Kävelymatkan päässä kuitenkin raitiovaunupysäkki millä pääsee keskustaan.

I arrived late at night, but there was staff available and we were able to check in. However, we had to wait about 30 minutes as two guests were ahead of us.
The room was clean, but I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay—possibly due to pet hair, as the hotel seems to be pet-friendly.
Amenities were minimal, but there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The bus and tram stops require a short uphill walk, and with a transfer, the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes.
At check-out, there were no clear instructions, and no staff were at reception, so I waited for a while before eventually leaving the key card and departing. Clearer guidance would have been appreciated.

Für einen Wiener Kurztrip ist das Campanile zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind nicht sonderlich groß, aber ausreichend - genauso wie das Frühstück. Man kann direkt im Parkhaus des Komplexes parken und erreicht das Hotel direkt mit dem Aufzug.
Man erreicht die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Tram, Bus) in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut.
